Tensions spike at the spa because of Dianne's divorce hardships and continued absences, which prompt Natasha to cover for her and Dr. Lee to reconsider the merger. And clashes arise in the wake of Gary's reassignment.

Dianne and Natasha's strained relationship reaches the breaking point during preparations for a VIP pajama party. Dr. Lee will need to be a smooth operator: He plays mediator and tries to keep the peace.

Fittingly, there are changes at Changes. In the Season 1 finale, everyone speculates about their future at the beauty facility, with Dr. Lee urgently calling on the staffers to create a new marketing plan to save their jobs.
