Episode 1. The Hair Down There (Air Date: 10/01/2006)

When Neesee reads a note from Robert he thought had been delivered to her four years earlier, it makes both of them rethink their relationship. Bobby finds a hair in an unexpected place.

Episode 2. Trojan Condo (Air Date: 10/08/2006)

Robert tries to figure out how to keep his sister and Neesee separated until Neesee's new condo is completed; Meanwhile, Courney gets into Bobby's school and quickly becomes a troublemaker.

Episode 3. Police... Open Up (Air Date: 10/16/2006)

When Bobby's prank call to 911 gets a SWAT team response, Robert takes him to the police station to scare him straight. But when a police officer does a background check at Bobby's address, he discovers a warrant for his father's arrest.

Episode 4. Love Do Cost A Thing (Air Date: 10/23/2006)

Neesee's charity auction date with a handsome doctor doesn't go off hitch free; Robert is snatched up by a mystery bidder. Meanwhile, Bobby somehow ends up on a date with Dirk.

Episode 5. Pretty Woman (Air Date: 10/30/2006)

Robert begins to date a woman he nearly saved from being mugged. But Dirk knows her from a club and tells Robert some background info. Meanwhile, Bobby befriends an unpopular girl.


Robert and Carmen discover they aren't really brother and sister, just in time for their dad's 60th birthday. Meanwhile, Courtney gets ready for the schooly dance, but Dirk isn't ready for that.


Robert and Tisha discover their dad isn't their biological father, so, Robert sets out to find him. Once he does, he learns of a shocking secret. Meanwhile, Neesee tries to figure out what Bobby and Courtney are hiding.

Episode 8. My Two Dads (Air Date: 11/20/2006)

Robert tries to conceal his biological father's homosexuality, but instead receives a surprise visit from him and his partner. Meanwhile, Neesee prepares the Thanksgiving dinner while offering guidance to Courtney, who's disinterested in spending time with Dirk.


Neesee goes behind Robert's back and takes Bobby on a field trip that he had been grounded from after being rude to Dirk. Meanwhile, Courtney introduces her new boyfriend to Dirk.

Episode 10. Everybody Loves Rain Man (Air Date: 12/11/2006)

Bobby's temper tantrum at Christmas inspires Robert and Neesee to donate the kid's gifts. At the orphanage where the toys will be donated, Bobby befriends a boy and learns a valuable lesson about appreciation. Meanwhile, Dirk is overjoyed to be spending Christmas with Courtney.

Episode 11. Let's Go Bobby, Let's Go! (Air Date: 01/22/2007)

Robert is dismayed to find that Bobby has chosen cheerleading over pee wee football and tries desperately to change his son's mind.

Episode 12. The B-R-E-A-K-U-P (Air Date: 01/29/2007)

Neesee's date with one of Robert's co-workers goes so well that she is shocked beyond belief when she learns that the guy didn't think the date was so great. Meanwhile, Dirk becomes overbearing as he helps Bobby prep for a spelling bee.


Bobby doesn't want to go back and forth between the house and Neese's new condo, so, she and Robert decide to go back and forth between them. Meanwhile, Dirk reacts unfavorably to Courtney's latest crush: an old guy from his office.

Episode 14. Artificial Intelligence (Air Date: 02/12/2007)

Bobby gets in way over his head when he's placed in the advanced students' program. This, after cheating on his academic aptitude test. Meanwhile, Neesee gets set up on a date with a guy who likes to sniff women's shoes.


Bobby gets caught trying to steal sneakers. He explains to his parents that he was trying to make friends with the cool kids, but they teach him a valuable lesson about right and wrong anyway. Meanwhile, Neesee's reluctance to take care of her neighbor's newborn niece fades away and is replaced by joy and anticipation of caring for the child.

Episode 16. He's Got Game (Air Date: 02/26/2007)

Robert tries to hook up with one of his professors during his college reunion; Neesee hopes to find a man there, and is lucky enough to find a former fling who is now a sports journalist.


Neesee wants another baby so she reviews potential sperm donors. One specimen gets her attention, so she decides to meet him in person. Meanwhile, Robert and Dirk's work relationship becomes heated after Dirk begins to spend too much time with his new girlfriend.

Episode 18. The Boy is Mine (Air Date: 03/26/2007)

Dirk and Robert's on-screen blow-up leads Robert to hang out with Neesee's new boyfriend more and more. But her outrage over losing quality time with her man causes Robert to try and reconcile with Dirk, but he's unable to do so before their boss fires Dirk.


Dirk sues the show for wrongful termination. Meanwhile, Neesee tells her sperm donor Ben that their chance meeting was more than chance and they ponder their future together.

Episode 20. Sins of the Father (Air Date: 04/30/2007)

Bobby makes a new friend whose mom catches Robert's eye. But when Robert begins to spend too much time with her, Bobby gets upset. Meanwhile, Dirk tries to comfort Courtney after she's dumped, but he isn't used to being on the side of the one who's been dumped.


Robert finds out that Neesee is planning on going to a sperm bank so that she can have another child.

Episode 22. The Wedding Singers (Air Date: 05/14/2007)

Robert goes with Neesee to attend her mother's wedding. The couple get mistaken for Beyonce and Jay-Z and use that to their advantage. But pretending to be a powerful couple brings them together in an unexpected way.
