Stan helps his son Steve get elected to class president when Steve decides that power is only way he can get his dream girl, Lisa Silver, to go out with him. Roger helps Haley with her college papers in exchange for junk food.
Stan believes that he exposed the family to deadly and hazardous material, but when they get a reprieve, Francine questions her life path. Stan then starts to feel threatened by Francine's successful foray into real-estate and works against her.
Stan shaves Haley's head when she returns from a Green Party dyed green. Hayley winds up taking up a job as an exotic dancer after she moves out of the house. Steve tries to get a girl to fool around with him by earning sympathy and pretending that his sister, played by Roger, is a burn victim.
Stan's attempt to cover up forgetting his wedding anniversary leads to Francine having twenty years of her memory erased. Stan tries to get her memory back and assigns Haley to keep tabs on her in the meantime, but Francine and Haley's boyfriend take off for Burning Man together. Steve turns to Roger for the time honored wingman duty of jumping on the less attractive girl.
After a close call with Stan's boss, Roger falls into a coma and the family gets rid of what they think is his lifeless corpse. Once outside and conscious, he tries to evade detection by dressing up like a woman.
Francine tries to become re-acquainted with the neighborhood by throwing a block party, but things don't go well because of Stan's suspicious nature. Stan turns his backyard into a detainment center. Steve joins a youth group on Stan's recommendation but they're bad influences.
Stan tries to fight off his neighborhood rival Chuck White for the position of the new church deacon.
