When the Smith family gets ready to celebrate Roger’s big 1,600 birthday, they get sidetracked by Steve announcing that he is going through puberty. With the wounds still fresh from Hayley going through "the change" in their minds, Stan and Francine use medicine to try to bypass the growing pains of having another teenager with raging hormones.
Roger finds out his credit card has been maxed out. He is certain it is identify theft, but after playing "Matlock" for a few days, he realizes things are not quite right and seem all too familiar. Meanwhile, the rest of the Smith family gets sucked into a game of "Simon Says."
Stan becomes his boss' go-to guy. He feels like he can't say no to anything the boss says, even personal requests. But when Francine gets involved and her romantic Valentine's Day get-away is destroyed, she forces Stan to stand-up for himself.
Stan gets jealous when he finds out Francine was engaged to a pilot whose plane crashed. But when Stan and Roger track down the pilot, Francine gets the shock of a lifetime.
Steve plans to get revenge against the girls at school who tease losers like Debbie.
Hayley breaks up with her boyfriend and ends up in the arms of Stan's body double from the CIA, but things get really bizarre when the body double starts hitting on Francine.
