Season 3 Episodes
Episode 1. S.O.B.'s (Air Date: 01/02/2005)

Michael suggests that the family come together to raise one hundred thousand dollars for a legal defense fund and then he tries to get Andy Richter to host a charity event (Save Our Bluths or S.O.B.'s) for the family. Gob has a hard time as a waiter, when posing as one for a joke backfires. Michael learns that George Sr. was the mysterious muffin man who sent poison muffin baskets to teachers in the 1970's.

Episode 2. The Cabin Show (Air Date: 09/19/2005)

Michael discovers that it's actually Oscar behind bars and not his father so he tries to get on the trail of George Sr. This leads him to Reno and to Tobias as well. Gob thinks that his father is trying to contact him when a lost son's organization sends him a letter, but he soon learns that it's his own lost son (one that he's bonded with unknowingly) and quickly bails. George Michael and Maeby try to be kissing cousins.

Episode 3. For British Eyes Only (Air Date: 09/26/2005)

Michael's father informs him that he was set up by the British and when Michael goes to a British part of town ("Wee Britain") to investigate, he meets an interesting girl. Gob tries to avoid spending time with his son by preparing a magic trick.

Episode 4. Forget Me Now (Air Date: 10/03/2005)

Michael tells Rita that he has no family to avoid further embarassment. His family, trying to make amends, picks up Rita, Buster knocks her unconscious and Gob feeds her a roofie. Maeby tries to not have sex with Steve Holt, even though she doesn't know that Steve is her cousin. Lindsay hits on the new family lawyer, Bob Loblaw, but he charges her for all the time spent flirting.

Episode 5. Notapusy (Air Date: 11/07/2005)

When Rita calls Michael a pussy, he teams up with Steve Holt to compete in a father-son triathlon. George Michael tries to help Ann win an "Inner-Beauty" Pageant, but gets bumped by Tobias. Maeby masquerades in order to prove that no one looks at Inner-Beauty for any sort of Pageant. Lindsay tries to win Bob Loblaw's favor by coaching his daughter through the pageant.

Episode 6. Mr. F (Air Date: 11/07/2005)

Michael tries to figure out who the mole in the Bluth Company is and, suspecting that it's Rita, he asks Bob Loblaw to deport her. When Michael learns the mole is actually Tobias, he asks her to marry him in order to stay in the country unknowing that the Mr. F bracelet she wears means "Mentally Retarded Female." Buster spends quality time with Gob through the surrogate, which Gob mistakes for his father.

Episode 7. The Ocean Walker (Air Date: 12/05/2005)

Michael starts to worry about marrying Rita after she continues to display odd behavior. George Sr. worries that Rita is after the family's fortune. When George Sr. and Lucille learn that Rita is both mentally challenged and rich, they spring a wedding on Michael hoping they can get them married before he figures it all out.

Episode 8. Prison Break-In (Air Date: 12/12/2005)

Upset after his breakup with Rita, Michael reaches out to Lucille, but is concerned when he discovers she’s dating the Warden behind his father’s back. Michael decides to tell George Sr. about the affair, but his dad has an undercover plan of his own.

Episode 9. Making a Stand (Air Date: 12/19/2005)

Michael turns Gob against George Sr., but learns too late that Gob sold him out. Lucille goes in for a facelift. Maeby tries to come up with a solution to the lack of scare in her horror movie. When Lindsay fires Bob Loblaw so that she can sleep with him, Tobias hires him on as his divorce lawyer.

Episode 10. Fakin' It (Air Date: 02/10/2006)

In order to avoid testifying at George Sr.'s trial, Buster pretends to fall into a coma. Meanwhile, George Sr. gets himself a new attorney, who hires TV courtroom show host Judge Reinhold to preside over the mock trial, and Michael tries to piece together the mystery of a previously unmentioned older sister named Nellie.

Episode 11. Exit Strategy (Air Date: 02/10/2006)

Michael discovers Gob went to Iraq to perform a Christmas magic act, as well as burn down a model home at George Sr.'s request, only to be thrown into a prison cell. Buster and Michael then head to Iraq to try and free him.

Episode 12. Development Arrested (Air Date: 02/10/2006)

The Bluth siblings go to the model home and find some new information that could finally clear the family. Lucille throws a big bash aboard the Queen Mary to celebrate the Bluth family's triumph, but the Bluths soon learn that their problems aren't over yet.

Episode 13. Family Ties (Air Date: 02/10/2006)

Michael finally locates Nellie and hires her as a consultant to The Bluth Company, but soon comes to learn she is in actuality a prostitute who thought she was being paid to service the company.
