Episode 1. Atomic Roger/Toxic Talent (Air Date: 09/17/2004)

"Atomic Roger" Betty's mother gives her a bowl cut on the day before school photographs. But before she can worry about the photos, Betty is called to investigate the theft of gold by Maximus IQ.


"...But The Cat Came Back!" In order to go to the school dance with Noah, Betty's mother is required to clean her room. But every time she returns from a mission, she finds the room messy again thanks to the cat.


"Spindly Tam Kanushu" Betty is asked to help the Spindly Tam Kanushu, but then finds out that her former mentor may be working with Maximus. "Science Fair" While preparing her volcano for a school project, Betty is called on to save the Aquians from becoming extinct as a result of Maximus' using the fish people in his line of designer cat food.


"Furball For The Sneeze" Atomic Betty must record from Maximus' annual board meeting in an effort to find out his diabolical plans for the next year. Unfortunately, Purrsy stows away on the ship and threatens to ruin the mission when Sparky allergic reaction to him.


"The Doppelganger" Atomic Betty has to leave a funhouse maze to stop a chameleon for Maximus, which leads her friend to think she's gotten lost. Unfortunately, the chameleon gets lost on the ship and Betty has trouble locating it. "Cosmic Cake" Betty wants to crash Penelope's birthday party, but ends up going to Maximus' birthday party instead. The only catch is that Maximus' cake forces the person eating it to become his slave.

Episode 6. The Great Race/Poached Egg (Air Date: 10/31/2004)

"The Great Race" Penelope gets upset when a cute new boy at school asks Betty out instead of her. But Atomic Betty is forced to stop a worm hole from being extended by Maximus before she can reach her date.


"Self Sabotage" Betty is called away from a school running race to stop Maximus from using a device that can control comets. But first Betty finds out that Sparky has dismantled the ship for cleaning."Crass Menagerie" Sparky and X-5 think Betty is becoming full of herself from having saved the universe so many times, so they find it difficult to want to save her when Betty is kidnapped by Maximus.


"The Good, the Bad... and the Sparky!" Sparky becomes a movie star in space, which puts Betty's latest mission in jeapordy to stop Maximus."Bye-Bye X-5" While she is supposed to be setting up an automated grooming machine for Purrsy, Betty is called to test out a new spaceship and a possible replacement for X-5, the X-8 ½.


"Solar System Surfin'" Betty tries to stop Penelope from using her friendship with Noah to get a paper written, while also trying to stop some shark alien outlaws from causing mischief."Winter Carnival" Betty wants to win the title of "Winter Carnival Mayor" over Duncan, but is called away by Admiral DeGill to stop Iciclia from freezing a tropical planet.


"Power of the Pharoah" Betty tries to deal with the fact that Penelope gets ahold of her diary, but is then called to go on a mission to stop Maximus from exploiting a pyramid building culture."And the Winner Is..." Betty is sent to a convention, during which Maximus is to receive an award for creating the destructive "Overloader" device. With the help of some pageant contestants, Betty is able to stop Maximus from using the device.
