Episode 1. The Morning After (Air Date: 09/16/1998)

After Kelly and Brandon call off their wedding at the last minute, it becomes clear the morning after that it is no longer a mutual agreement. David urges Valerie to go easy as she deals with the results of her HIV test. Donna mixes herself up in Noah's family dealings. Steve can't see that a new friend, whom he sees as a potential girlfriend, has eyes for someone else. She also has a dark side that he can't see.

Episode 2. Budget Cuts (Air Date: 09/23/1998)

Tensions fire between Brandon and Kelly when she is forced to rely on him to help save the clinic from drastic budget cuts. Donna helps Noah make amends with his father, but a tragic event takes place that will forever prevent reconciliation. Sophie leans on Steve as she puts the moves on David. Valerie gets a terrible surprise when she attempts to reach out to her mother

Episode 3. Dealer's Choice (Air Date: 09/30/1998)

Kelly goes to Las Vegas with a wedding party. Steve makes Sophie jealous by faking a date. Donna is undercut by another designer. Brandon learns some things about Noah's father.

Episode 4. Don't Ask, Don't Tell (Air Date: 10/28/1998)

Noah turns to Valerie in his time of need instead of Donna. Kelly proposes to Donna that they become business partners. Abby threatens Valerie after her mistake in Las Vegas.

Episode 5. Brandon Leaves (Air Date: 11/04/1998)

Brandon gets a job offer to be a reporter for a metropolitan newspaper in the East. Valerie hires Matt to help her with the situation with her mother.

Episode 6. Confessions (Air Date: 11/11/1998)

Kelly steps outside the law to help Leah. Valerie throws a farewell party for herself. Steve takes the paper in a new direction.


Dylan surprises his old friends when he returns to Beverly Hills. The gang bids adieu to Valerie and welcomes Donna's cousin Gina, a former competitive ice skater. Noah hits rock-bottom and David finds himself in hot water when he becomes romantically involved with a fan.

Episode 8. I'm Back Because (Air Date: 12/02/1998)

David becomes Matt's client. Steve doesn't like his mother's new boyfriend. Kelly and her mother fight about her grandfather's wishes.

Episode 9. The Following Options (Air Date: 12/09/1998)

Kelly's emphysemic grandfather's condition gets worse and she must make a life or death decision. Matt is hired to defend a tobacco company. Dylan gets his Porsche out of storage.

Episode 10. Marathon Man (Air Date: 12/16/1998)

Steve accidentally pledges more money than he can afford for a Christmas dance marathon, so he tries to keep everyone from winning. Dylan and Kelly go off for a romantic day in Mexico. Donna's store is robbed. Musical guest Brian Setzer.


Gina makes trouble between Donna and her mother. Kelly won't sleep with Matt. Steve markets his pick-up techniques. Dylan finds someone from his past.

Episode 12. Trials and Tribulations (Air Date: 01/20/1999)

Steve is taken to court by his dissatisfied customers. Gina tries to help a screwed-up Dylan. Donna and Noah have trouble being alone. David must cover-up his lie to Gertrude.

Episode 13. Withdrawal (Air Date: 01/27/1999)

After almost killing Donna, Dylan decides to get off heroin. Gina and Matt both question Kelly's motives toward Dylan. Matt doesn't like handling Dylan's legal problems.

Episode 14. I'm Married (Air Date: 02/03/1999)

Gina quickly becomes jealous of the woman who is sponsoring Dylan. Steve and Noah's practical jokes get out of hand. Dylan runs into trouble on his community-service job.

Episode 15. Beheading St. Valentine (Air Date: 02/10/1999)

David gets Donna to pose as his girlfriend for a business function. Gina can't keep up with Dylan. Lauren moves into the Walsh house.

Episode 16. Survival Skills (Air Date: 02/17/1999)

Steve and Janet take two teens on a camping trip. Noah proposes to Donna. Matt and Lauren's second honeymoon is ruined.

Episode 17. Slipping Away (Air Date: 03/03/1999)

Gina finds out that her trust fund isn't as large as she thought. Kelly gets Dylan's help for her trip to Mexico. Janet's father doesn't approve of her relationship with Steve. Donna agrees to a date with David.

Episode 18. Bobbi Dearest (Air Date: 03/10/1999)

Dylan falls lifeless into the water after a boating accident. Gina sues Donna's mother over her trust fund. Kelly has to choose between Dylan and Matt.

Episode 19. The Leprechaun (Air Date: 03/17/1999)

Kelly hires a publicist for the boutique. Steve promotes the paper with a leprechaun. Noah gets an offer for the Peach Pit space. David's new romance doesn't last long.

Episode 20. Fortune Cookie (Air Date: 04/07/1999)

Gina doesn't like the friendly little gift that Dylan gives Kelly. A psychic gives Steve an unnerving prediction. Donna is asked for help by her old high school nemesis. David sets up his fake marriage with Claudia.


David strikes up a friendship with a down and out former DJ. During a hypnosis show Kelly reveals her true feelings for Dylan. Janet and Steve baby-sit a child prodigy. Gina lies about her relationship with a celebrity.

Episode 22. Local Hero (Air Date: 04/21/1999)

Steve does research on a story by going undercover in a support group. Gina gets Matt to represent him in a salary negotiation. Dylan and Kelly get caught together.


Dylan surprises Gina with a private concert by Monica, but Gina finds out that he and Kelly slept together in Mexico. When Matt hears the news, he and Kelly also may be finished. Noah pressures Donna to move in with him, but she is distracted by Wayne. Steve panics when he hears about Y2K and begins stockpiling goods.

Episode 24. Dog's Best Friend (Air Date: 05/05/1999)

Kelly takes a risk to help a friend. Gina confronts an old demon after a secret from her past gets out. Donna is pushed into a precarious position by Noah and Wayne. Janet goes on a computer arranged blind date.

Episode 25. Agony (Air Date: 05/12/1999)

News of Kelly's rape begins to spread. David makes his move on Gina. Donna must make a choice between Wayne and Noah.

Episode 26. That's The Guy (Air Date: 05/19/1999)

Dylan hunts down Kelly's rapist. David's friendship with Dylan becomes strained over Gina. Wayne seduces Donna. Steve throws a party to celebrate the newspaper's success.
