The 10 new houseguests enter the BIG BROTHER house and select their sleeping quarters.
The houseguests get to know each other and are given a puzzle to decipher. The answer to the puzzle leads to a stash of money that they may use to buy food for the household from the producers.
William and Jean await the votes of America to decide their fate. By 73% of the total votes cast, William is the first player evicted from the household.
Curtis and Jean are nominated by the household for eviction.
Curtis survives the eviction ceremony when Jean is evicted by America with 78% of the votes.
In the nomination ceremony, Josh receives 5 eviction votes, and Cassandra and Karen tie with 3 votes apiece. Due to the tie, all three players are nominated for eviction.
Karen receives 76% of the total votes and is evicted from the household.
At the nomination ceremony, George receives 3 eviction votes, and 5 players receive 2 votes apiece. With the exception of Jamie, every houseguest is nominated for eviction.
Out of the six eviction nominees, Brittany receives the highest percentage of votes from America and is the fourth person evicted from the BIG BROTHER house.
Host Julie Chen offers each houseguest $20,000 to quit the show and be replaced by a new contestant. When they all decline, she ups the offer to $50,000; while the remaining players consider it, they all decide to stay in the game. Due to a three-way tie in the nomination ceremony, Eddie, Cassandra and Curtis are nominated for eviction.
By receiving 46% of America's votes, Cassandra becomes the fifth player to be evicted from the BIG BROTHER house.
George receives the most votes and is automatically nominated for eviction. Curtis, Jamie and Eddie receive 2 votes apiece, so they all join George on the chopping block.
With 51% of the total votes, George is the sixth player evicted from the house.
In the nomination ceremony, the four remaining houseguests receive an equal number of votes; therefore, all four houseguests will be nominees for the final eviction ceremony.
Jamie is evicted from the household, leaving Curtis, Eddie and Josh as the three finalists.
When all of America's votes are tallied, Eddie wins BIG BROTHER and $500,000 with 59% of the votes. Second place and $100,000 is award to Josh, and third place finisher Curtis receives $50,000.
