Season 4 Episodes
Episode 1. Yanks in the U.K., Part 1 (Air Date: 09/03/2008)

Brennan and Booth go from D.C. to London for Brennan to speak at Oxford University and for Booth to speak at Scotland Yard. They are asked by officials to help with a murder investigation involving a young British heiress and are paired up with their respective British counterparts, Dr. Ian Wexler and Inspector Cate Pritchard.

Episode 2. Yanks in the U.K., Part 2 (Air Date: 09/03/2008)

In D.C., the Jeffersonian team helps the Brits' case, but the unexpected return of Angela's husband, who must consent to a divorce before she can marry Hodgins, throws the team for a loop. When a member of the U.K.'s own investigative team is murdered, Brennan and Booth's connection to the case strengthens their resolve to help solve the mystery surrounding the death.

Episode 3. Man in the Outhouse (Air Date: 09/10/2008)

A decomposed body is found in an outhouse and identified as the host of a popular reality television show, "Busted by Bill." Brennan and Booth attempt to identify the killer out of a myriad of suspects, including those who were humiliated on the television show. The team watches episodes of "Busted by Bill" to search for suspects who fit a revenge killer's profile. Later, Brennan learns Booth is juggling two relationships at the same time.

Episode 4. The Finger in the Nest (Air Date: 09/17/2008)

Booth's son finds a corpse finger in a bird's nest while playing, so the team launches an investigation in order to find the rest of the body, which eventually turns up in Jefferson Memorial Park.


A teenager is shocked to find a dismembered body laying in pieces in a purple pool of water. When Brennan and Booth come to the scene they notice the victim's head is missing.

Episode 6. The Crank In The Shaft (Air Date: 10/01/2008)

The remains of a company office manager are found in an elevator shaft. Booth and Brennan try and figure out which of the employees had reason to murder the victim. First is the recently-fired employee, and the second key suspect, the victim's own boss. Meanwhile, Brennan's grad student lends his insight to the case, and Hodgins and Angela try to navigate their relationship.

Episode 7. The He in the She (Air Date: 10/08/2008)

Skeletal remains are found in the Chesapeake Bay. Brennan and Booth, with only the upper torso of the victim intact, have little to work from besides the victim's breast implants. When the victim's other half is discovered, the team realizes they were incorrect. The team must decipher who would have wanted her dead.

Episode 8. The Skull in the Sculpture (Air Date: 11/05/2008)

The remains of a popular artist are found in a junkyard car. Booth and Brennan try to find out if foul play is involved in the death, or if it was artistic expression to the max.


Booth and Brennan investigate the scene where a body was uncovered during a botched practice police raid. The team identifies the body as a struggling inventor's father who had recently reunited with his son.

Episode 10. The Passenger in the Oven (Air Date: 11/19/2008)

Booth and Brennan are en route to China where Brennan has been summoned to help identify pre-historic anthropological remains with Booth in tow to watch over her highly sensitive equipment.

Episode 11. The Bone That Blew (Air Date: 11/26/2008)

When a skull and various skeletal remains are found in a tree in a nationally protected wooded preserve, Brennan and Booth are on the case to investigate.
