A high school basketball player confesses to shooting his teammate accidentally. Annabeth brings the young man to trial but during the trial a witness comes forward to testify the shooting was intentional.

Episode 21. David and Goliath (Air Date: 05/12/2006)

A woman is thrown off a balcony to her death and a high profile professional baseball player is arrested for the murder. An eye witness, his mistress' sister claims she saw him throw her sister over the balcony.

Episode 22. Hot Grrrl (Air Date: 05/19/2006)

A teenaged boy shoots and kills a middle aged man claiming he was protecting his friend from an on-line sexual predator. Threw further investigation the D.A.'s office learns that the victim was an investigative reporter doing a story on the dangers of the internet. Now Annebeth must establish weather or not if the victim was really doing a story or was it just an excuse to carry out his sexual perversions.
