Episode 1. Devil May Care (Air Date: 03/07/2004)

Macy tries to get a high school student to confide in him about his involvement in what appears to be a satanic ritual murder. Desk time doesn't keep Jordan away from crime when she overhears a murder through the ventilation ducts.

Episode 2. Slam Dunk (Air Date: 03/12/2004)

Jordan's time on a jury yields to her professional opinion when she believes the evidence to be debatable. Macy is brought in and in the end has to agree with either Jordan or the D.A. prosecuting the case of the possible cop killer.

Episode 3. 'Til Death Do Us Part (Air Date: 03/14/2004)

Jordan believes a former high school flame, now a priest, has information about an abused woman's murder. Woody tries to track down the woman's missing husband. Garrett looks into a possible "Black Widow."


Devan Maguire's first day on the job at the coroner's office kicks into high gear when the mundane task of notifying a widow of her huband's death leads to her kidnapping and missing plutonium.

Episode 5. Dead or Alive (Air Date: 03/21/2004)

Macy tries to link a wealthy heir on the run to a rape and murder in both the present and the past. Woody teams up with the detective who worked the past case, but turns out to need Jordan's touch in getting information out of a witness.

Episode 6. Second Chances (Air Date: 03/28/2004)

When Woody and Devan go to inform a woman that they found the remains of her long missing child, they see her there with her very much alive daughter. Macy and Jordan look into a woman's tragic and fatal tumble down stairs.

Episode 7. Missing Pieces (Air Date: 04/04/2004)

A kidnapping suspect is found murdered and the kidnappee admits to the crime. Peter looks into the death of a man pummelled to death in the woods.

Episode 8. Most Likely (Air Date: 04/18/2004)

Jordan and Devan try to solve the mystery behind how a high school student could die from a single blow to the stomach in a police drug search. Hoyt questions a woman with regards to her border and a possible assault before his apparent demise by an oncoming bus.

Episode 9. All the News Fit to Print (Air Date: 04/25/2004)

The story of a young prostitute is a killer for the reporter trailing it. Woody and Bug disagree on the cause behind the murder. Macy's attempt at being a Good Samiritan lands him in legal limbo. Devan learns that the man didn't just die from the car accident.

Episode 10. Revealed (Air Date: 05/09/2004)

A writer working on a vampire novel is found drained of blood with bite marks on his neck. Jordan tries to discern how an unidentified man in the woods met his demise.

Episode 11. He Said, She Said (Air Date: 05/16/2004)

When a woman shoots a man dead, the victim is connected to the woman's stalker. The investigation is muddled when both sides accuse the other of unwanted attentions. Bug wonders about the motives behind a woman's request for a non-invasive autopsy.

Episode 12. Dead in the Water (Air Date: 05/23/2004)

A bad storm deposits a dead body on shore which is identified to be a politian's long missing daughter. Macy and Bug look into the death of a plastic surgeon.


Jordan's father is accused of the murder of the Boston Police Captain even as Jordan tries to piece together the events from the previous night. Jordan suspects her brother's involvement.
