Season 5 Episodes
Episode 1. Intensive Caring (Air Date: 09/25/2001)

The season opener reveals the consequences of the car accident as Dharma is injured and confined to a wheelchair while Greg is mostly unhurt and they disagree over the best approach to her recovery.


Dharma believes that there is a karmic reason she has been injured and makes it her mission to help others but soon finds that she is less willing to accept similar help.


Dharma feels guilty that her father gave up a possible music career to be a father to her and tries to get him back into it. Larry helps her set up a pirate radio station to help her through her recovery and Greg soon gets involved.

Episode 4. Sexual Healing (Air Date: 10/09/2001)

Dharma's doctor gives hermermission to have sex again but Greg's libido is severely hindered by the guilt he feels from possibly causing the accident.

Episode 5. Without Reservations (Air Date: 10/16/2001)

Feeling bad for a vacationing couple, Dharma opens their home as a bed and breakfast to them. Kitty needs Greg's help when her charitable contribution to the zoo backfires in embarrassment when they name the hippo attraction after her.


Dharma feels jealous when her old childhood friend from the commune comes back into her life and comes off as the perfect hippie daughter to Dharma's folks.

Episode 7. Used Karma (Air Date: 10/30/2001)

Greg appears to be posessed by the previous owner of the used car he bought while Edward tries to turn the tables on the kid who eggs his house every halloween by having Larry install a security camera.

Episode 8. Home is Where the Art Is (Air Date: 11/13/2001)

Dharma is invited by an old freind to appear with him as a living art exhibit 24/7 for a week which is less than thrilling to Greg especially in light of his father in law moving in with them.

Episode 9. Wish We Weren't Here (Air Date: 11/20/2001)

Dharma and Greg are stuck in an airport on their way to the Bahamas for Thanksgiving while Kitty and Abby argue over whose in charge of the Thanksgiving dinner.


Dharma tries to appeal to Greg's fantasies when she discovers his sexual dream girl is a famous violinist who she tries to get on videotape.

Episode 11. A Fish Tale (Air Date: 12/04/2001)

Abby won't allow Greg to enter their home, protesting his annual fishing trip with Edward as cruel to the fish. Dharma, in an effort to bring peace discovers the trip is a cleverly disguised Vegas getaway


A "flashback" episode that takes place 6 months before Dharma and Greg met, giving a hint to their previous lives and how different they were before they met.

Episode 13. Protecting the Ego-System (Air Date: 01/08/2002)

Dharma tries to prevent the groundbreaking on Kitty's rival socialite's ampitheatre when she discovers its on a fragile wetland.

Episode 14. Near-Death of a Salesman (Air Date: 03/05/2002)

After a near heart attack Edward ponders a simpler life and Dharma convinces him to try being a shoe salesman.


Dharma is the inspiration for a hit comic book superheroine and Greg is upset when he is pegged as the cowardly side kick.


Greg is having sexual fantasies about the hot new lawyer in his office.

Episode 17. She's with the Band (Air Date: 03/26/2002)

Dharma helps a powerful business man's daughter out by filling in as drummer in her band causing trouble for Greg when they get caught jamming naked on the roof.

Episode 18. Mission: Implausible (Air Date: 04/02/2002)

Greg's legacy at his old fraternity is threatened by a young upstart who sucks Greg back into a complicated game to which was reigning champion

Episode 19. This Diamond Ring (Air Date: 04/02/2002)

Dharma discovers that her engagement ring is a fake and Pete begs Dharma for help setting him up with Gretchen, the sexy lawyer, and when he succeeds he can't stand her.

Episode 20. The Tooth Is Out There (Air Date: 04/09/2002)

Larry buys a conspiracy bookstore when he finds out its on the market and Kitty tries to make Edward jealous to liven up their sex life.

Episode 21. The Parent Trap (Air Date: 04/16/2002)

Dharma tries to help Greg's mean former secretary out when she discosvers she is still unemployed and Kitty plans an elaborate party to renew her vows with Edward but never asks him if he wants to.

Episode 22. Tuesday's Child (Air Date: 04/23/2002)



When Dharma and Greg's families argue over who they will spend their vacation with, they all head to the Montgomery's Mountain retreat, driving the young couple crazy.


After fleeing their parents, Dharma and Greg get stuck in a snow storm and confront their fears about being parents.
