An article about the sexual exploits of the staff at The Inn runs in a local magazine. Rhonda confronts her staff about their recent behavior. Neal is singled out by the staff as being the main person hooking up while on the job, and so he tries to be on his best behavior.
Neal decides to put a life-sized birdcage in the bar of The Inn, to put his female staff on display. But when Rhonda sees the cage, she warns him that his joke might be against hotel policy.
It's time for bonuses and everyone at The Inn wants to impress Rhonda and Neal. But when Neal fires a bartender for no reason, Rhonda gets up-set and the two get into a fight, completely forgetting about the staffs bonuses. As Larry, Nicole, Molly and Gus try to figure out how to patch things up between Rhonda and Neal, the owner of The Inn and his wife stop by the hotel for the weekend, both pursuing members of the staff with little shame.
