Episode 1. Pilot (Air Date: 09/21/2005)

Major Jim Tinewski makes the case to the Pentagon and the Joint Chiefs of Staff that it is imperative that the United States rescue a lost American operative even though in doing so, it might risk war with China.

Episode 2. Snatch & Grab (Air Date: 09/28/2005)

McNulty works to keep a terrorist who pedals nuclear weapons from escaping. The risky mission requires the best in special-ops which means that JT must place friends in a tough position.

Episode 3. Escape and Evade (Air Date: 10/05/2005)

McNulty assigns JT to the task of keeping a Special Forces team from illegally occupying Iranian space and deploys him to Iraq to meet up with them. Returning from the confrontation, JT comes under fire and is forced to evade enemy capture. McNulty comes under inspection for sexual harassment charges and Pierce fights to keep it from endangering the rescue operation.

Episode 4. Tribes (Air Date: 10/12/2005)

JT tries to handle the political minefield when it appears that another genocidal attack may occur in Africa. Along the way, JT makes some very powerful enemies.

Episode 5. Weekend Pass (Air Date: 10/19/2005)

JT works to help two Marines who are believed to have raped a woman in Surinam though they were actually protecting her and attacked by the real culprit. A reporter shows JT a tape that proves the Marines' innocence.

Episode 6. Toy Soldiers (Air Date: 10/26/2005)

JT looks into the rationale behind a terrorist's new capture/kill list placement and finds himself at odds with his superiors. A bit of investigation reveals to JT that the mission has more to do with politics than national security and works to stop the mission from moving forward. JT confronts Bobby after the two butt heads over a mission and learns that his friend believes it's time for him to leave active service.

Episode 7. Cemetary Wind (Part 1) (Air Date: 11/02/2005)

Angie is placed in a precarious position by her relationship with JT in a Columbian Black Op codenamed Cemetary Wind and comes under literal fire. She leaves to letters CW on her window in her own blood as a clue for JT. JT reflects back on his first meeting with Angie.

Episode 8. Cemetary Wind (Part 2) (Air Date: 11/09/2005)

JT sets out to avenge Angie by finishing the job that lead to her death. McNulty sends back-up. The hammer falls on Metcalf's misdeeds.

Episode 9. Delta Does Detroit (Air Date: 11/16/2005)

A radical Christian group seizes a mosque in order to get one of there members freed by the military and it's up to JT and Special forces to right the situation.

Episode 10. The Forgotten (Air Date: 11/23/2005)

McNulty and JT spring into action when a team in the Phillippines finds proof of life for a Navy SEAL, previously believed dead.

Episode 11. Christmas Story (Air Date: 12/07/2005)

A Christmas relief mission to an Afghani village takes a turn when bad weather and Taliban appear on the horizon. JT's father appears in town without alerting JT and asks Samantha for a favor.

Episode 12. Breath of Allah (Air Date: 01/11/2006)

JT must lead the charge against an bioterrorist threat in Amsterdam and assembles a team of experts to try and figure out what the terrorists will do with the plague they've manufactured.

Episode 13. War Crimes (Air Date: 01/18/2006)

After the Special Ops team investigating war criminals loses their team leader in Sarajevo, McNulty decides to send JT to replace him. Upon his arrival, the prosecuting investigator falls to poisoning.

Episode 14. The General (Air Date: 02/01/2006)

JT's promotion celebration is cut short when he learns that a General in Spain has been abducted and his wife killed. JT and Bobby head up an investigation.
