Daphne and Niles decide to face Mel and Donny. Donny lashes back by slapping a law suit on Daphne and Frasier. Mel reacts by giving Niles a clean divorce with a few conditions. Special 1 hour episode.

Episode 3. The Bad Son (Air Date: 10/31/2000)

Frasier's car is in the shop so Roz gives him a lesson on public transportation and they use the bus. His disdain for the event is overcome by his attraction to a cute bus rider. Daphne and Niles plan a night on the roof to watch the meteor shower, but a stuck door comes between them.

The station gets a new owner, Todd, who happens to be a fresh kid out of Silicon Valley. Frasier worries when Todd begins to copy his aesthetic taste. Mel blackmails Niles into humiliating himself for their faux breakup at the opera

Frasier hires a British butler to take Daphne's place. Mel continues to make Niles suffer for his divorce. She shows up at an opera party Frasier throws at his home and he decides he's had enough.

Frasier hires Abby, a shady lawyer, to defend him from Donnie's litigations. The charges are dropped but Frasier is left with a high bill. Donnie announces he's engaged.

Frasier becomes good friends with Roz's boyfriend, Luke. She catches him with another woman and breaks it off, but Frasier continues his friendship with him.

The city gets more holiday cheer when Frasier unleashes his wrath on the air against Dr. Mary.

Frasier receives a Lifetime Achievement Award, but falls victim to a midlife crisis. He confers with a mentor. Daphne is hungry all the time and no longer fits in some of her dresses.

Niles and Daphne try to set up Roz on a date with Jack, a surgeon. Frederick, Frasier's son, comes for a visit and is addicted to video games.

Martin trains Roz's new puppy. After being shown up by female grease monkeys when his car stalls, Frasier and Niles take an auto-repair class.

Episode 12. The Show Must Go Off (Air Date: 02/06/2001)

Roz and Frasier attend a sci-fi convention where Frasier spots his favorite Shakespearean actor, Jackson Riley, signing autographs. Frasier and Niles plan to revive Riley's career by becoming theatre producers.

An episode inspired by the film "Sliding Doors." Frasier meets a woman in two different situations on Valentine's Day.

The Crane men attend a Sonics game and Niles is picked to shoot a prize-wining basket during halftime.

Roz gets a green light from the radio station for her space documentary, but when Frasier enlists his help as the narrator, tension builds between them. Niles and Martin enter a kite contest.

Frasier and Niles desperately search for a wealthy patron to lend financial support for their failing former prep school. Their best hope is to latch onto an affluent matron their dad has been squiring around. However, old Martin relishes his new role as a player a bit too much as he tries to balance another woman in his schedule.

Frasier resigns from his beloved Wine Club to avoid a conflict of interest when he begins a new call-in radio show about wine appreciation. Back at home, Martin tries to escape the muscular clutches of a physical therapist.

Niles gladly welcomes Daphne home from her weight-reducing spa but derides the romantic advice of her therapist, causing friction between them. Roz ponders writing a children's book.

Frasier catches his professional mentor in a compromising position while Niles meets with Daphne's psychic.

Frasier comforts a man whose wife abandoned him and took their four children with her. Meanwhile, Niles feels threatened and underfoot when Daphne reunites with a handsome hunk and Martin secretly slips away for a "same time next year" appointment with a mystery woman.

Episode 24. Cranes Go Caribbean (Air Date: 05/22/2001)

Frasier is elated at the prospect of running away with Claire to a Caribbean hideaway, even when he is joined by Martin, Niles and Daphne. While on vacation, Frasier realizes that something is bugging him about his new relationship and he seeks the advice of Lillith, an old friend. Frasier finally begins to see results from his tutoring sessions with Lana's son. Season Finale.
