Episode 1. The Ring Cycle (Air Date: 09/24/2002)

Daphne and Niles elope in Reno but then feel bad for not sharing the event with the family so they plan to keep their vows a secret and have another ceremony for the family. But when the big day finally approaches, Daphne feels guilty about deceiving everyone and calls the whole thing off.

Episode 2. Enemy at the Gate (Air Date: 10/01/2002)

Frasier takes on a parking garage attendant over a couple of dollars when he decides not to park. Saying goodbye to Eddie and Martin makes removing herself from the apartment tough for Daphne.

Episode 3. Proxy Prexy (Air Date: 10/08/2002)

Frasier capitalizes on his father's likeability by having him run for condominium leadership with Frasier running things behind the curtain.

Episode 4. Kissing Cousin (Air Date: 10/15/2002)

Roz's cynical and spirited 20-year-old cousin comes to town. She drags Roz out every night and takes a romantic liking to Kenny. But Kenny and Roz finally grow weary and decide to start acting their ages. Meanwhile, Frasier and Martin adjust to life without Daphne to clean up after them.

Episode 5. Tales From The Crypt (Air Date: 10/29/2002)

After Bulldog pulls off another successful prank, Frasier decides it is time to unleash one of his own.

Episode 6. Star Mitzvah (Air Date: 11/05/2002)

Frasier is so honored when Fredrick asks him to deliver a speech at his Bar Mitzvah that he decides to learn his speech in Hebrew. Noel agrees to help him if Frasier can score him Scott Bakula's autograph.

Episode 7. Bristle While You Work (Air Date: 11/12/2002)

Niles becomes convinced that he's dying when plagued by an inexplicable toothache. Frasier interviews applicants to replace Daphne but Martin insists that Frasier hire an unqualified woman who is a sports nut.

Episode 8. Rooms With a View (Air Date: 11/19/2002)

Niles undergoes surgery, prompting him and Frasier to reminisce on childhood memories; meanwhile Daphne agonizes over the entire procedure.

Episode 9. Don't Go Breaking My Heart (Air Date: 11/26/2002)

Frasier is irritated with Niles' new perspective on life, but must keep his mouth shut due to an agreement he made with God.

Episode 10. We Two Kings (Air Date: 12/10/2002)

Frasier and Niles disagree over who will host the Christmas party; Roz has a thing for Santa.

Episode 11. Door Jam (Air Date: 01/07/2003)

Frasier and Niles sneak their way into an exclusive Seattle spa. Martin's viewing of "The Rockford Files" is dampened by Daphne, who insists that he reminds her of Jim Rockford's father rather than Jim Rockford.

Episode 12. The Harassed (Air Date: 01/14/2003)

Frasier and crew are confounded over a new addition to the team, a full-of-herself stock analyst. Frasier's approach towards her leads the station to demand attendance at a sexual harassment awareness meeting.

Episode 13. Lilith Needs a Favor (Air Date: 02/04/2003)

Lilith visits Frasier hoping to secure his seed for a second child.

Episode 14. Daphne Does Dinner (Air Date: 02/11/2003)

In order to avoid the curse that seems to fall on any gathering hosted by the two Crane brothers, Daphne insists that she co-host the unveiling of Niles' addition to his art collection. Unfortunately, the curse befalls them as well.

Episode 15. Trophy Girlfriend (Air Date: 02/18/2003)

Frasier takes a gym teacher as his teammate to win a squash tournament, then dates her until she begins to remind him of the abuse he suffered at the hands of a gym teacher when he was a boy.

Episode 16. Fraternal Schwinns (Air Date: 02/25/2003)

The Crane brothers have to learn how to ride a bicycle when Frasier signs them up for a charity ride.

Episode 17. Kenny on the Couch (Air Date: 03/04/2003)

Frasier tries to help Kenny with his lingering post-divorce depression and is angry when going to a bar with Martin seems to help. Niles and Daphne dabble in yoga.

Episode 18. Roe to Perdition (Air Date: 03/18/2003)

Frasier and Niles start to enjoy a lofty position because of some good cavier they've found a pipeline to, but run into trouble when it starts to dry out. Martin gets a windfall of cash through multiple banking errors.

Episode 19. Some Assembly Required (Air Date: 04/01/2003)

When Frasier helps Habitat for Humanity, he grows a little too fond of his work and nags the new residents. Niles lectures some children about the dangers of germs.

Episode 20. Farewell, Nervosa (Air Date: 04/22/2003)

Frasier decides to leave the Cafe Nervosa behind when a folk singer starts to perform there.

Episode 21. The Devil & Dr. Phil (Air Date: 04/29/2003)

Frasier catches up with his old friend Dr. Phil and learns that his old agent represents the popular doctor.

Episode 22. Fathers and Sons (Air Date: 05/06/2003)

Martin questions his children's patronage when a friend of Frasier and Niles's mother comes to town.

Episode 23. Analyzed Kiss (Air Date: 05/13/2003)

Nearly busted for breaking and entering, Julia and Frasier pass some time in a cramped closet and end up getting a little physical. Martin takes Niles to the gun range and Niles develops an affinity for firearms. Roz takes a job interview at a competing station.

Episode 24. A New Position for Roz (Air Date: 05/20/2003)

Roz rethinks leaving the station when she thinks about Frasier's relationship with Julia. Niles and Daphne want to start a family and think that the first step in moving towards this is to get Mrs. Moon to move out.
