Mr. Schiesst looks to make his move while the Hartsdale's travel to Vienna to receive an award for curing glaucoma. Meanwhile, the Freak Squad is ordered to roll back the odometer on the President's Trans Am in order to raise its Blue Book value. But when they suspect that Freak Mart is going to harm the Hartsdale's they outsource their mission and go to Vienna.

The Freak Squad does battle with some lefty treehuggers who have purchased an anti-Bush billboard in a red state town. Meanwhile, liberal Clam falls for conservative country singer Toby Greenwood. But when he signs with FreakMart, their affair is jeopardized.

The Hartsdales are compelled to let Primi get circumcised in order to appease the local Jewish community, but the men in charge of the procedure intend to use the foreskin for another purpose. Meanwhile, FreakMart thinks it has a chance to buy Freak Show after Primi converts to Judaism.
