Episode 1. The Big Gen-Why Me Episode (Air Date: 09/19/2005)

An attractive new tenant, Lorenzo, moves into the ladies' building, but Mona begins to get self-conscious when Lorenzo expresses a romantic interest in her.


Mona balks at Spencer's idea to sign a spoiled heiress to the Delicious label roster, but he figures out a way to get his idea heard nonetheless. Meanwhile, Phyllis shows Dee Dee some ways to enhance her money, a tutorial which makes Big Dee Dee somewhat envious.


Dee Dee is offered a new career opportunity just as her life begins to reach a peak of uncertainty. Meanwhile, Mona’s birthday once again ends badly when her mother gives her a less-than-stellar surprise.


Dee Dee continues to sort out her new job environment and finds she must work with her closest competitor, super-employee Brett, when they try to land a new client. Meanwhile, Mona and Spencer decide to try writing each other’s internet dating profiles to better highlight their best traits.


Phyllis tries to set Mona up with a hunky fireman, but Mona soon discovers he really has the hots for Phyllis. Meanwhile, Adam grows depressed when he realizes that he is the only one he knows to not have achieved his dream.

Episode 6. The Big Off Pitch Episode (Air Date: 10/24/2005)

When Dee Dee's first possible client plans to quit pro baseball for a music career, she asks Mona to try and sabotage his musical pursuits. Lo and behold, the guy can sing, and when a bidding war ensues, the two sisters squabble over who will sign him. Meanwhile, Big Dee Dee’s dog chases Phyllis’ cat out of the building, but when the cat doesn’t come back, Big Dee Dee is forced to give Phyllis the news.


Dee Dee coaxes a reluctant Mona into going to her 10-year high school reunion. Meanwhile, Kai tries to track down the culprint behind missing Delicious Records giveaway prizes and office supplies.


Spencer enlists Mona’s for help in breaking up with an old high school flame he recently reunited with. Meanwhile, Phyllis tries to get love life advice from a surprising confidante when things with Glen get more serious.


Mona learns of Dee Dee's plan to fix her up with a guy when she takes her up on her offer to head to the spa with the girls. Meanwhile, Spencer gets some insights into the gay community when he spends the weekend hanging out with Adam and his friends.


Dee Dee tries to land a popular, but elusive NBA player as a client to disprove the sexist attitudes of her boss, Brett. Meanwhile, Charles and Spencer take it upon themselves to get into the situation after hearing about Dee Dee's woes at work.


Dee Dee tries to help Big Dee Dee feel better about her lackluster acting career by throwing her a celebrity bash, at Big Dee Dee's request. She is forced to use cleverness, however when no celebrity decides to attend. Meanwhile, Mona begins to fear that she and Chase are simply all about the bedroom.


Dee Dee becomes very aware of her status as a single woman when her baby shower for an ex and his wife brings with it many couples as guests.

Episode 13. The Big Diva Down Episode (Air Date: 02/06/2006)

Dee Dee is invited to guest on a sports television program hosted by NFLer Rodney Peete, but she is soon looking for another shot on the air after the first one ends in disaster. Meanwhile, Mona and Spencer have a difference in opinion over how to handle the diva behaviors of their new client, Dalis Temple.


Mona decides to jumpstart Valentine's Day plans when she thinks her boyfriend, Chase, hasn't stepped up yet. Spencer ends up on a date with a rival record producer. Meanwhile, Adam is shocked when his annual Valentine's Day date decides he wants a real relationship, and Dee Dee decides to set Brett up on a date.


Mona confronts her enemy, Naomi, after hearing about how Naomi icily gave Spencer the brush-off, only to have Naomi later reveal to Spencer that she is HIV positive. Meanwhile, rather than fire a prominent but trying tennis player, Dee Dee tries to fix her image so as to find her a sponsor.


Dee Dee gets stuck with the name "Desperate Dee Dee" after being dumped on a reality TV show, but her attempt to fix her image by going back onto the show proves to be an even worse mess. Meanwhile, Naomi reflects upon her relationships as Spencer comes to her side following the revelation about her HIV status.


Mona gets herself into a bit of awkwardness when she recommends her ex-boyfriend for a job with her current boyfriend. Meanwhile, Charles and Big Dee Dee attempt to get Phyllis to sign an agreement waiving them from legal action after she falls down the stairs.


Dee Dee invites Brett out to dinner upon discovering that he is responsible for writing her six-month work evaluation, but the two end up drinking too much, and the dinner goes awry. Meanwhile, Mona and Spencer manage to mess with Adam's head by making him believe he won a major contest.


Mona begins to have erotic thoughts about other guys after bumping into old flame Lorenzo, even though she feels committed to Chase.


Mona starts to adopt a hostile attitude with people at work following her split with Chase, with possible dire repercussions for her career. Meanwhile, Phyllis and Big Dee Dee come to believe that Mona and Dee Dee are putting together a big Mother's Day surprise, while Dee Dee has concerns that she'll be unable to look past her new client Dwight's extramarital affair.


While attending therapy to deal with her break-up with Chase, Mona learns that he has quietly been spending time with Phyllis as well as her friends. Meanwhile, Brett is given control of the office, but Mona decides to help save from himself before he completely alienates the staff.


Mona makes a choice to begin seeing both Chase and Lorenzo, but both men soon decide that she needs to narrow the selection down to one. Meanwhile, Dee Dee bristles when Brett tells her she won't last in a relationship with her new health freak boyfriend.
