Episode 1. Pilot (Air Date: 11/16/2004)

The mysterious case of a kindergarten teacher who started spouting nonsense before passing out in front of the class is tackled by the also enigmatic Dr. House.

Episode 2. Paternity (Air Date: 11/23/2004)

A teenager is initially diagnosed with MS but when he shows signs of night terrors, the team must rally to find the real source of his condition.

Episode 3. Occam's Razor (Air Date: 11/30/2004)

A college male passes out after sexual intercourse and his condition continues to deteriorate even under the care of House and his team.

Episode 4. Maternity (Air Date: 12/07/2004)

House's prediction that two sick babies is the beginning of something worse is dreadfully correct and he and his team quarantine the hospital's maternity ward to try and find out the source of the illness.

Episode 5. Damned If You Do (Air Date: 12/14/2004)

House diagnoses a nun with allergies, but his treatment causes a heart attack. His team scrambles to figure out how her life plays into her illness and whether or not their leader is capable.

Episode 6. The Socratic Method (Air Date: 12/21/2004)

House stops a patient's medication when her possible alcoholism and schizophrenia prompts him to get Foreman and Chase to search her apartment to learn more about her condition.

House suspects a young housewife's husband is cheating on her when she falls ill from a rare sexually transmitted disease.

Episode 8. Poison (Air Date: 01/25/2005)

House looks into a high-school student's poisoning and when things look closed up, another student shows signs of the same condition. House fights the mother in an effort to treat the student.

Episode 9. DNR (Air Date: 02/01/2005)

House disregards a do not resuscitate order so that he may save the life of a legendary jazz musician which lands him in hot water legally. Foreman decides to look into other mentor options outside of House.

Episode 10. Histories (Air Date: 02/08/2005)

Wilson champions a homeless woman with mysterious symptoms. A key to her condition, localized numbness, is realized when she escapes the hospital and is brought down by a police Taser.

Episode 11. Detox (Air Date: 02/15/2005)

House quits his painkillers in an attempt to get out of clinic duty, but his proteges fear the effect that has on his judgment especially with regards to a dying teenage boy.

Episode 12. Sports Medicine (Air Date: 02/22/2005)

A baseball pitcher's comeback is derailed by a broken arm, bone loss and kidney problems. The pitcher's wife offers her kidney to save his life, but that would doom their unborn child.

Episode 13. Cursed (Air Date: 03/01/2005)

A child believes he's been cursed after his death is foretold by a ouija board. His father is one of the hospital's financial backers and adds pressure to the treatment. As if one father in the hospital wasn't enough, Chase's dad visits.

Episode 14. Control (Air Date: 03/15/2005)

When a billionaire buys a lead position at the hospital, House's future is called into question. Further complicating matters is the arrival of a paralyzed women whose treatment puts House in serious risk.

Episode 15. Mob Rules (Air Date: 03/22/2005)

House is placed under a court order to discern what's ailing a mobster (Joey) due for federal testimony and then the Witness Protection Program. The witness's brother and lawyer (Bill) appears to work against the team and the testimony when they discover his brother has hepatitis C.

Episode 16. Heavy (Air Date: 03/29/2005)

House and his team investigate when an overweight ten year old girl has a heart attack. Adding to his stress, Vogler still demands that House get rid of one member of his team. His initial choice is rejected by Vogler and House believes that he's being sold out.

Episode 17. Role Model (Air Date: 04/12/2005)

A popular Senator succumbs to illness at a fundraiser and Vogler assigns House to his case. In addition, Vogler tells House he can keep his whole team if he endorses Vogler's pharmaceutical company.

Episode 18. Babies & Bathwater (Air Date: 04/19/2005)

A pregnant woman arrives at the hospital with brain and kidney problems and House must contend with both her condition and Vogler's eagerness to see the doctor removed.

Episode 19. Kids (Air Date: 05/03/2005)

House fights off a meningitis scare and Cuddy gives his team an hour to produce results after he singles out a young patient who doesn't quite fit the criteria.

Episode 20. Love Hurts (Air Date: 05/10/2005)

The teaching hospital buzzes with rumors of House's upcoming date with Cameron. Everyone has words of wisdom for Dr. Gregory House and for Cameron. In confronting a patient, the man goes into a stroke and House must discern what is causing the condition. The team learns that the woman who is with him in his room is actually his dominatrix. House deals with an elderly couple who partake in the little blue pill.

Episode 21. Three Stories (Air Date: 05/17/2005)

House receives a visit from an ex-flame who has come seeking his help with her sick husband. House gives a lecture to medical students about diagnosing patients and presents three patients with leg pain, but for different reasons. One of the patients turns out to be House himself and the reasons behind the condition of his leg are revealed.

Episode 22. Honeymoon (Air Date: 05/24/2005)

House diagnoses Mark, the husband of his former love Stacy. Although the tests don't indicate a condition and he claims to be fine outside of stomach pain, it appears that his brain is dying which leaves House puzzled. When he comes to a potential diagnosis, he has to fight against the patient's wishes to get the proper test done. Cuddy offers a legal position to Stacy at the hospital.
