A Jewish soldier accused of desertion when he leaves the Marines to join the Israeli Army claims he suffered anti-Semitism at the hands of his fellow soldiers.

Though a soldier Harm defends insists he killed his wife in self defense, his refusal to let his son testify casts doubt on his claim.

As Harm languishes in custody for the murder of a JAG officer, the NCIS continues collecting evidence and building a case to convict him.


When the CIA gets wind of a drug lord's operation selling guns to terrorists, the organization enlists Mac's help in posing as an agent's pregnant wife in hopes of bringing down the traitor.
