Kyle must find a new place to live after Lauren walks in on him having sex while Amy preside over a case where a couple of teenagers cause a serious accident.


Amy goes on a date with Judge Krumble and must preside over a case on whether or not a teenager who made some dangerous statements is in fact a dangerous individual.


Amy presides over a case where a tobacco company is being sued for a teenager's emphysema while Maxine must decide where to place a gay teenager after he feels his placement is being based on his sexuality.


Amy handles a case in which a teenager is accused of the beating of his classmate but the victim seems to be reponsible for some abuse of his own.


When Amy attends her 10-year Harvard Law School reunion she is shocked at what kind of people her classmates turned out to be.

When Amy's house is ransacked and vandalized by someone who may have received an unfavorable verdict in her courtroom, the family fears for their safety.

Amy plays over bearing "mother" to Maxine after her recent health scare while it seems that Bruce intends to plead guilty on his assault charge.


After Amy moves out with Lauren she is challenged by her ex when he finds out how upset Lauren is and Amy's relationship with Barry takes a nosedive.

Amy realizes living away from Maxine's may be more difficult than she realized when her ex wants custody of their child after Lauren expresses displeasure at her new living situation.
