In the third-season premiere, Kyle goes looking for Amanda, who's been kidnapped. Elsewhere, Lori, Declan, Josh and Andy deal with the choices they made at the prom.
Kyle's encounter with a psychic has him concerned about Amanda's safety, so he becomes overprotective of her, leaving Amanda feeling smothered. Elsewhere, Lori and Hillary finally deal with the consequences of Hillary and Declan's kiss.
Jessi moves in with the Tragers, and Kyle recruits her to help him solve Amanda's post-Latnok troubles, much to Amanda's chagrin. Elsewhere, Lori starts seeing Mark without telling Stephen, and Josh feels down while Andy is away on vacation.
Declan and Josh take Kyle to a bar, where he gets drunk and shows off his special abilities before they realize Josh's car has been towed. Elsewhere, Stephen forbids Lori from dating Mark, so she uses Jessi's apartment as a getaway.
Kyle, Josh and Nicole get into a car accident that leaves both Nicole and the other driver, a pregnant teenager, in need of medical attention. Elsewhere, Stephen attempts to referee the ongoing battle between Lori and Jessi.
Kyle reluctantly starts working at Latnok to repay his debt, and it's not at all what he expects. Yet he still wants to quit, until he considers the Tragers' current financial situation. Meanwhile, Jessi makes a confession to Kyle.
Kyle tries to prove his suspicions about Cassidy are true while dealing with Jessi's confession and his own feelings of jealousy regarding Amanda and Nate. Meanwhile, Josh and Andy struggle with the news of her family's impending move.
Kyle and Jessi try to find out what happened to Sarah, but their search takes a mental and physical toll on Jessi. Elsewhere, Lori and Hillary attempt to repair their friendship, and Josh has trouble facing Andy's looming departure.
Kyle invites Cassidy to dinner in an attempt to get info out of him. Jessi is not happy about this, so she unexpectedly shows up at the dinner with the potential to ruin things. Elsewhere, Josh tries to have a memorable final night with Andy.
In the series finale, Kyle is shocked to discover Latnok's true plans: to mass-produce "super children" like himself and Jessi. Wanting to put a stop to this, Kyle enlists the help of his friends and family.
