Goren and Eames look into the case of a prison warden's kidnapped wife. They eventually find the women and she's been living with an escaped prisoner for a decade.

When a police officer's son dies at the hands of the mob, it sparks escalating violence and leads to corrupt cops.

Goren and Eames look into the death of a nun who tried to help child prostitutes.

Episode 6. In the Wee Small Hours (Air Date: 11/06/2005)

Three students on a field trip to the city go missing, two boys and one girl. The case draws enough attention to have all four detectives, Goren, Eames, Logan and Barek, working the case even as other girls appear missing. They trail the case to a seventeen year old with a Rat Pack fixation and a judge for a father. Eventually, the father is also brought to trial.

A med student's defiled corpse is liked to drug running and a doctor who coordinates a foundation in her dead brother's memory.

Goren tries to find the link between an odd, seemingly meek code writer and the murder of a computer company worker across the street.

The oldest son of radio giant Jonas Slaughter is murdered, but the evidence which points to Jonas' wife may not be indicative of the truth.

Logan and Barek are drawn into the murder of a Secret Service agent, where no one theory and suspect can be ruled out as a possibility.

Episode 14. Wrongful Life (Air Date: 03/26/2006)

Eames and Goren investigate the death of a man lodged into a water tower, one who may have been killed for his research into a doctor’s negligence during the treatment of a pregnant relative.

Episode 15. Dramma Giocoso (Air Date: 04/09/2006)

A young violinist is pushed to her death. Detectives Logan and Barek check out an arrogant conductor, that has been conducting an affair with the victims mother. Turns out the conductor (Reinhardt) has been romancing both women, as they find jarring medical news that sheds new light on the evidence.

Episode 16. Vacancy (Air Date: 04/16/2006)

A bridesmaid is found dead in her hotel room. Detectives Goren and Eames question several suspects, including a second bridesmaid whose story tends to shift. Because of the bridesmaid’s inconsistency, a second suspect is brought into the picture. When an actor is investigated, Detectives find a lot more than they'd originally suspected

Episode 17. Dollhouse (Air Date: 04/22/2006)

Cheaters watch out, Danielle is running an illegal shop that targets cheating men. The self involved mother blackmails cheating men with fake paternity suits, but when detectives Logan and Barek investigate further, things point to her pregnant sister Claire.

Episode 18. The Healer (Air Date: 04/23/2006)

Voodoo is being used to extort money from patients. When sisters are found suffocated from being wrapped in plastic, Det. Logan and Barek question the boyfriend of one of the victims. As it turns out, the boyfriend works for a local nurse named Lydia, who is suspected of extortion, but when the detectives begin to gather more evidence, they come into close contact with her powers.

Episode 19. Watch (Air Date: 04/29/2006)

Prostitutes are turning up dead and Det. Logan and Barek suspect a sexually-repressed airport worker. Although they believe they have the right suspect in Inspector Duane Giddins, the investigation focuses more closely on the amount of abuse the women are forced to endure before their bodies are dumped.

Episode 20. Cruise to Nowhere (Air Date: 04/30/2006)

When a High stakes gambler's body is found in Hudson River, Detectives Goren and Earns suspect a much younger, but equally accomplished gambler who was owed $500,000 from the deceased.

Episode 21. To The Bone (Air Date: 05/07/2006)

A rampage of brutal machete slayings that target affluent art owners has Detectives Logan and Barek looking for some young suspects who were all raised by Chesley a strong-willed foster mother. But the case really blows up when Logan unknowingly shoots an undercover cop dead -- and while Captain Deakins sticks his neck out for his detective, a shaken Logan must go eye-to-evil-eye with the manipulative Chesley.

Episode 22. On Fire (Air Date: 05/14/2006)

Goren and Eames investigate the arson that led to the death of a church employee while Deakins is faced with a dirty cop trying to get his revenge.

Episode 23. The Good (Air Date: 05/14/2006)

Logan and Barek investigate a troubled young man after his family is found murdered in their suburban home while Deakins wonders what his future holds.
