Episode 1. Cop, Convict, Life (Air Date: 09/26/2007)

After spending twelve years in prison for a crime he didn't commit, Charlie Crews rejoins the force with a shiny new Detective badge. Crews, accompanied by his new partner Dani Reese, works to solve the inexplicable murder of a young boy. Crews' unconventional tactics put Reese on edge causing both Reese and Lt. Karen Davis to question his motives for rejoining the force.

Episode 2. Tear Asunder (Air Date: 10/03/2007)

Detective Charlie Crews and Dani Reese search for the killer of a newlywed bride. The bride's husband is the number one suspect, however, despite the evidence stacking up against him, Crews has a gut feeling the husband is innocent and is determined to do everything he can in order to keep an innocent man from going to prison. Crews revisits the scene of the crime which landed him in prison and makes a remarkable discovery.

Episode 3. Let Her Go (Air Date: 10/10/2007)

Crews and Reese investigate a standard carjacking homicide involving a husband and wife. The case seems like a slam-dunk until the husband refuses to ID the suspect, allowing him to walk free. Confused by this, Crews and Reese work to figure out what the husband is hiding. And, despite counsel from his lawyer Constance Griffiths, Crews pays a visit to the detective who oversaw his murder investigation.

Episode 4. What They Saw (Air Date: 10/17/2007)

A man is found dead in his own home. Each of the neighbors have their own theories as to who the killer is. Crews, then stumbles upon a homeless man who had several of the dead man’s personal belongings on him.

Episode 5. The Fallen Woman (Air Date: 10/24/2007)

Detective Charlie Crews and Danni Reese must figure out if the woman wearing angel wings, who fell to her death, was pushed or if she jumped. They interview a long line of witnesses and finally come across Jasper Williams who claims to be the angel's wife.

Episode 6. Powerless (Air Date: 10/31/2007)

While attending one of her AA meetings, Danni Reese thinks she hears a fellow attendee confess to rape. Unable to let go of this information, and despite Crews' advice to drop it, Reese becomes preoccupied with getting this individual to confess.

Episode 7. A Civil War (Air Date: 11/07/2007)

When two Persian Americans are killed and a third is kidnapped, Detective Charlie Crews and Dani Reese believe they have a hate crime on their hands. They race to meet the kidnappers demands before it's too late.

Episode 8. Farthingale (Air Date: 11/14/2007)

When a gas explosion vaporizes half a man's torso, Charlie Crews and Danni Reese work to figure out if the explosion was an accident or arson. Their investigation reveals the man with half a torso was an IRS agent living a complex life complete with two careers, two wives and three identities.

Episode 9. Serious Control Issues (Air Date: 11/28/2007)

A runaway girl is found dead underneath a freeway overpass; Detective Charlie Crews and Danni Reese are struck by the death scene. The girl is discovered sitting upright, clutching a guitar with her throat slit.

Episode 10. Dig a Hole (Part 1) (Air Date: 12/03/2007)

Charlie Crews and Dani Reese track the killer of a Zen Master who was buried alive ten years prior. After interviewing the Zen Master's former students, Crews and Reese find out this Zen Master's life was anything but tranquil. They suspect that one of his former students could be his killer. Meanwhile, Crews uncovers more incriminating evidence that Dani's father, Jack Reese, may have been involved in the murders Crews was imprisoned for.

Episode 11. Fill It Up (Part 2) (Air Date: 12/05/2007)

Charlie Crews and Dani Reese arrive on the scene shortly after a wife has shot and killed her husband. A search of their apartment reveals an ample amount of Marijuana plants, but no murder weapon.
