Nico considers telling Charles about her affair in the second-season premiere. Meanwhile, Wendy's mother (Mary Tyler Moore) visits the family just as Wendy decides to spend more time at home; and Victory hires a publicist (Rosie Perez) and dodges Joe's attempts to win her back.


Nico is perturbed by her husband's former lover (Shannon McGinnis); Victory hires a contractor (Carlos Ponce) who catches her eye; and Wendy is torn between her loyalty to a friend and a secret that could derail her latest film.


Nico clashes with the new CEO (James Lesure) and frets over going public with her relationship with Kirby; Joe interferes with Victory's new romance; and Wendy throws herself into her latest project.


Victory plans to meet Rodrigo's daughter despite Dahlia's warnings. Elsewhere, Nico invites Kirby to a high-profile event, and Wendy focuses her energy on her home life, much to Maddie's dismay.


Victory has a nightmare about Joe that oddly foreshadows his latest endeavor; Kirby insists on paying for his half of pricey Christmas plans with Nico; Griffin asks Nico to charm a sexist magazine owner; and Wendy frets over her role as a housewife and finds comfort in a new friend (Ed Kerr).


Victory prepares to launch her flagship store but hits a snag when Dahlia goes over budget for the opening; Joe makes a big decision about his relationship with Victory; Wendy pitches a project to her former employer; and Nico bonds with Megan's baby. Andrew McCarthy directed.


Nico meets Kirby's mother (Rosanna Arquette); Victory tries to concentrate on her work, but her latest project requires input from Joe, who is avoiding her; and Shane signs with a new manager (Vanessa Marcil), who piques Wendy's jealousy. Tiki Barber, James Blake, David Lee and Amani Toomer have cameos.


Victory is distraught about her love life, so Wendy and Nico take her to a spa to cheer her up. Despite their efforts, the weekend getaway takes an unfortunate turn.


Wendy stresses out while preparing Thanksgiving dinner for her mom (Mary Tyler Moore), Josie (Vanessa Marcil), Sal and the rest of her family. Elsewhere, Nico and Kirby babysit for Megan; and a client asks Victory to design a wedding dress in just two days.


Taking care of Charlie prompts changes in Nico and Kirby's relationship; Victory pursues a multimillion-dollar client; and Wendy is frustrated by her latest project, which is threatened by a cocky movie producer.


Wendy and Shane are at odds over whether Shane should go on tour with Natasha Bedingfield (who makes a cameo); Victory considers stripping down for her new ad campaign; and Nico bonds with Griffin after receiving fertility treatments.


Victory plans a proposal to Joe; Wendy is unhappy that Shane is still thinking about going on tour with Natasha Bedingfield; and Nico bonds with Griffin over problems at work.


Wendy struggles to control Maddie while Shane is gone; Dahlia helps Nico improve her image by landing her an appearance on the "Today" show; and Victory tries to broker peace between Joe and her parents. Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb have cameos.
