A woman, Jess, struck by lightning develops the power to locate people who've gone missing. An FBI agent, Brooke, learns of this woman and seeks her assistance in locating an intern that has vanished. When Jess's power proves fruitful, the FBI decide to center a group around her and Brooke.

Episode 2. They Come as They Go (Air Date: 08/09/2003)

A missing FBI Cadet leads the missing squad to the wake of a serial killer and they have to put together Jess's visions with empirical evidence to solve the case.

Episode 3. Insomnia (Air Date: 08/16/2003)

One thing stands in the way of Jess being able to provide the crucial clue to stop a serial killer's latest victim from certain death, a nightmare has given her a case of insomnia.

A girl's parents disappear from her life while on vacation and it's up to the Missing team to discern their past which the girl knows nothing about.

A woman's disappearance from an airborne plane draws the attention of Brooke and Jess and leads to her less-than-ideal seatmate.


The team's investigation into a mob wife's disappearance becomes a risky venture for Jess as Brooke butts heads with the FBI Agent in charge of a murder investigation.

Brooke and Jess investigate the disappearance of a man whose wife is in the Witness Protection Program.

While at a wedding, Brooke learns that the bride has disappeared and starts an investigation that reveals that there is more to the case than a bout of wedding day jitters.

A man reporter MIA and dead is supposedly spotted by his sister and, as Brooke and Jess investigate, they learn that the brother had a hidden criminal life.

Brooke and Jess are on the clock to prove the innocence of a man sentenced to death.

Episode 11. Deliverance From Evil (Air Date: 11/01/2003)

The investigation of a couple's disappearance strands Brooke and Jess in the woods with a killer.

Episode 12. Victoria (Air Date: 11/08/2003)

Jess's mom announces that she's planning on selling the restaurant. A diabetic disappears which puts the team on the clock to find her before she goes into shock. Jess has persistant dreams of an asylum.

A case from Brooke's past re-emerges as a serial killer whose guilt she couldn't prove terrorizes her and those close to her.

Jess goes undercover at a millitary academy to investigate the disappearance of a cadet.

Brooke and Jess investigate the kidnapping of a scientist who stands to be worth a lot of money due to a drug he was working on. The man's worth clouds the investigation with possible culprits.

Brooke enlists a friend's help in the search for a missing FBI employee.

Episode 17. Delusional (Air Date: 01/10/2004)

Jess worries that she's having trouble determining the line between her visions and reality while in pursuit of a serial killer. As it turns out, the serial killer's mental state has seeped into Jess's mind.

Episode 18. These Dreams Before Me (Air Date: 01/24/2004)

Brooke and Jess try to solve the disappearance of both a mother and child with the help of a famous agent. Jess comes face to face with a former psychic helper to the FBI and, because of this, questions her future with the organization.
