Season 4 Episodes
Episode 1. We'll Take Manhattan (Air Date: 09/20/2004)

Having run off to New York City to make it, Breanna, Spirit, and Arnaz spend a night living in a dingy apartment where they learn firsthand what the life of a struggling artist is like. Meanwhile, Flex recruits Duane and Spirit's mother, Leiliani, to help him go and fetch the kids.

Episode 2. Zen Daddy (Air Date: 09/27/2004)

Flex's co-host has an accident which threatens to ruin his new syndication run, but while he has an idea to host a new sports show with his pals, his boss has other plans, namely to make his new Croatian beau the replacement co-anchor.

Episode 3. Follow That Car (Air Date: 10/04/2004)

Flex freaks out, but pretends to be cool, when he learns that Breanna and Arnaz are dating, and decides to keep an eye on them, even hiding a tracking device in Breanna's car to keep tabs on her whereabouts.

Episode 4. Dirty Laundry (Air Date: 10/11/2004)

Flex and Breanna decide they should go see a family counselor, who just happens to be their building's newest resident and very good-looking.

Episode 5. Rock the Vote (Air Date: 10/18/2004)

Breanna and her friends organize a protest after discovering that a mayoral candidate has plans to shut down their school.

Episode 6. Manic Monday (Air Date: 10/25/2004)

On Halloween night, Flex and Breanna are put under a strange spell which inexplicably causes them to switch bodies and personalities, so while Flex soon finds himself with the task of performing in Breanna's drama class, Breanna finds that she must conduct an interview with Olympic medalist Gary Hall, Jr.


When Ms Swain discovers Arnaz living at the school, Arnaz reluctantly decides that it's time he finally go to his estranged father for help.

Episode 8. Daddy's Home (Air Date: 11/15/2004)

Breanna worries that Arnaz has taken an interest in the attractive new female singer in his band.


Both Flex and Breanna have some big expectations about their Thanksgiving festivities, but the day doesn't go as smoothly as the two would have liked.

Episode 10. Lost in the Headlights (Air Date: 11/29/2004)

In dire need of money, Breanna considers stuffing her bra in order to land a TV commercial for a restaurant which would feature big-chested women.

Episode 11. Mojo No Mo (Air Date: 12/13/2004)

With no big plans in store, Flex and Duane try to score some dates for New Year's Eve.

Episode 12. Shock Jock (Air Date: 01/03/2005)

Flex nearly costs Breanna a chance at a few college scholarships after he makes some crude remarks on the air. Meanwhile, Duane tries to make some money by quietly selling uniforms made for him by Spirit.

Episode 13. Goodbye, Mr. Chips (Air Date: 01/31/2005)

Flex squares off against his rival, Kevin Frazier, while playing in an annual celebrity poker tournament.

Episode 14. Lock Blockin' (Air Date: 02/07/2005)

Duane offers a depressed Flex the chance to perform with his favorite musical group, New Edition.

Episode 15. Rock and a Hard Place (Air Date: 02/14/2005)

Spirit starts dating a member of Arnaz's rival band, which has ramifications for her friendship with both Breanna and Arnaz.

Episode 16. Contract High (Air Date: 02/21/2005)

When Flex believes his co-star is getting some favoritism, he enlists a powerful agent to help him get some more leverage.

Episode 17. Accidental Love (Part 1) (Air Date: 02/28/2005)

Flex has a car accident after which a seemingly newfound clarity of mind causes him to run to the arms of a former girlfriend.

Episode 18. Accidental Love (Part 2) (Air Date: 03/28/2005)

Flex is torn about his new relationship with Tonya when he discovers that Danielle is interested in him. Meanwhile, Arnaz grows increasingly frustrated by Breanna's mad quest to win them the designation of "Couple of the Year" in the yearbook.

Episode 19. Glug, Glug (Air Date: 05/02/2005)

On her way to the senior dance party, a dumped Spirit consoles herself with alcohol, but finds after getting drunk that she has missed all the dance fun. Meanwhile, when Flex and Duane are robbed at gunpoint by a disgruntled man, their dates, Danielle and Candy, assume the guys are standing them up.

Episode 20. Save the First Dance (Air Date: 05/09/2005)

After Flex inadvertently insults Danielle by reminding her of her weight problem in high school, he tries to make amends by staging the prom that went unattended by her. Meanwhile, Breanna agrees to create a prom dress for Spirit, only to find that Spirit has, instead, shown up to the dance in the dress she planned to wear.

Episode 21. Cap and Frown (Air Date: 05/16/2005)

As Breanna's graduation looms near, Flex's ex, Nicole, tries to get Flex to coax Breanna into getting away from Arnaz and going away to college in California instead of Baltimore. When Arnaz also tries to encourage Breanna to go to California, however, she suspects he wants to end their relationship.

Episode 22. The Graduates (Air Date: 05/23/2005)

Flex feels guilty about convincing Arnaz to let Breanna go to college in California alone.
