Season 5 Episodes
Episode 1. One on One Remix (Air Date: 09/19/2005)

Now that high school has ended, Breanna and Arnaz ready themselves for a life in California, but they must prove to Flex that they can take care of themselves by getting a local place first.


Arnaz tries to help get Breanna out from under her dependence on Flex by playing music on the boardwalk, only people are more interested in the attributes under his shirt than in the notes under his fingers.

Episode 3. House Dad (Air Date: 10/03/2005)

Flex makes friends with Breanna’s housemates, who come to really like having him around the house, which further aggravates Breanna as she’s already decided Flex is too involved in her life. Soon, however, she must step up to make her friends pay off a big hotel bill incurred at Flex’s expense.

Episode 4. Static Clingy (Air Date: 10/10/2005)

Cash and D-Mack take Arnaz out for a night of fun after feeling like his guy time is monopolized by Breanna, and Lisa and Sara do the same for Breanna. When they all end up at the same club, however, Breanna gets upset when she spots Arnaz talking with a girl.

Episode 5. Study Buddy (Air Date: 10/17/2005)

Arnaz finds himself jealous when D-Mack begins to help Breanna prep for her exams and the two become study buddies.

Episode 6. Where’s My Yemmy? (Air Date: 10/24/2005)

At the gang’s Halloween house party, Arnaz accidentally kisses a girl who is wearing the same costume as Breanna. Meanwhile, Manny finds himself in competition for publicity once more with childhood nemesis Emmanuel Lewis when he claims to have had his “Yemmy” award stolen.

Episode 7. Who’s the Boss? (Air Date: 11/07/2005)

Arnaz’s attempt to spend more time with Breanna by getting her hired at the same coffee shop doesn’t go the way he intended, after her work performance turns out to be so strong, she is made his boss. Her immediate shine to the managerial position soon begins to cause friction between the two.


The group gets extra roles in a local film production, but despite Breanna’s efforts to get her break on the film, the director gives Arnaz some lines instead. Meanwhile, Cash and D-Mack decide to use their reflective window, which is always being used by women to check their appearance, as a way to land some dates.

Episode 9. One on One, One Oh Oh (Air Date: 11/21/2005)

Breanna decides to have sex with Arnaz as she approaches 19, fearing that he'll otherwise find solace in the more glamorous women of Los Angeles. When Flex shows up for a visit, however, the mood is effectively ruined.

Episode 10. Waiting for Huffman (Air Date: 11/28/2005)

Breanna's elation at landing a job as daytime talk show host Sherri St Croix's assistant turns to disappointment when she learns why she was really hired. Meanwhile, Arnaz recruits the rest of the housemates to pose as his adoring gig audience for the benefit of scouting record producers.


Breanna and Arnaz try to organize a festive California Christmas, but the other housemates are buying into the holiday mood. The gang soon comes together after Arnaz has an accident and ends up in the hospital.

Episode 12. Missing the Daddy Express (Air Date: 01/16/2006)

Breanna begins to get heavily into a party regimen, which seriously impairs her grades at school.

Episode 13. Fame and the Older Woman (Air Date: 02/06/2006)

D-Mack becomes obsessed with dating his French tutor to the point of secretly keeping tabs on her whereabouts.

Episode 14. Espresso Your Love (Air Date: 02/13/2006)

Breanna and Arnaz take a couple's compatibility test on Valentine’s Day and discover they don't match up. Meanwhile, Sara decides to start up her own dating service.

Episode 15. Tijuana Break Up? (Air Date: 02/20/2006)

D-Mack's sister, Michelle, comes for a visit and forms a bond with Arnaz, just as he and Breanna agree to call their relationship quits for a while due to a difference in interests. Meanwhile, the rest of the housemates begin to bristle at the idea of figuring out who's supposed to shop for food.

Episode 16. Dump Me? Dump You! (Air Date: 02/27/2006)

The housemates get involved in the argument over Arnaz and Breanna's break-up, taking sides and making conclusions about who was dumped and who did the dumping, prompting Breanna to finally have it out with Michelle. Meanwhile, Michelle is energized by the idea of finally telling her parents about what she plans to do with her life after enlisting D-Mack's help.

Episode 17. Recipe for Disaster (Air Date: 03/27/2006)

Breanna's attempts to pretend she's moved on from Arnaz backfire when she introduces him to a new girl at a house party and he ends up really liking her. Meanwhile, the roommates try to help the party chef woo Sara.

Episode 18. The Reel World (Air Date: 04/17/2006)

Cash and Breanna clash over his making of a film based on the roommates’' lives, only Breanna leads a walk-out from the set when she is not allowed to deviate from Cash's script.

Episode 19. California Girl (Air Date: 04/24/2006)

Arnaz intends to spend a cozy weekend with his new lady, Rachel, but he is troubled by the fact that Breanna's girls' weekend out is happening at the same location. Meanwhile, Cash and D-Mack attempt to coax two attractive volleyball players from Australia into staying at the house by telling them it's a bed and breakfast.

Episode 20. Double Trouble (Air Date: 05/01/2006)

Breanna wishes she hadn't decided to keep her dates away from the house when Arnaz shows up at home with a date and no such policy. Meanwhile, Breanna's uncle Kevin and Darius come to Los Angeles to try and get the housemates to help set up a hair care franchise out west.

Episode 21. I Love L.A. (Part 1) (Air Date: 05/08/2006)

Breanna tries to figure out whether or not to date Calvin. Arnaz finds himself becoming jealous over her dating life, but is quickly drawn back into his feelings for Michelle when she comes back to Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Cash is coaxed into doing some modeling, while Sara grows impatient with her new doctor boyfriend's lack of interest in her, sexually.

Episode 22. I Love L.A. (Part 2) (Air Date: 05/15/2006)

Breanna realizes she may not be completely over Arnaz when she blurts out his name during a kiss with Calvin. Arnaz however, has moved on and consents to accompanying Michelle to Paris. Meanwhile, Sara discovers that her new boyfriend Andrew may not have been completely truthful after finally getting him to go to bed with her, while Lisa stumbles into love.
