However, Jeff takes advantage of his new found freedom by staying up too late and living like a college student. Meanwhile, Adam flirts with a waitress and then thinks that she wants to have an affair with him.
When Russell finds out that Audrey's sister, Barbara, is having problems in her marriage, he takes her out. This infuriates Audrey, who is convinced he will use a sleazy trick to try to get her sister to sleep with him.

When Adam and Jennifer consider buying an apartment in the building they all live in, Jeff and Audrey offer to recommend them to the co-op board. However, before they get the chance, Jeff makes a bad impression on the president of the board.
