Episode 1. Pilot (Air Date: 09/27/1996)

Sabrina begins at a new school just after her 16th birthday and learns from her aunts that she is actually a witch. As she goes through the day, she gets a taste of her newfound magic powers and realizes she must learn how to harness them properly.

Episode 2. Bundt Friday (Air Date: 10/04/1996)

Sabrina's attempt to make Libby tell the truth about her gossip-mongering with magic sprinkles backfires when Jenny eats the sprinkles and reveals her secret interest in Harvey. Meanwhile, Hilda readies for a long-attempted date with Drell.


When Sabrina babysits for an antsy toddler during a study date with Harvey, she uses a spell to quiet him down which only ends up turning the child into a grown man.

Episode 4. Terrible Things (Air Date: 10/18/1996)

Sabrina helps make wishes come true for Harvey, Jenny, and Mr. Pool, only she learns not to tamper with fate when her interference leads to unhappy outcomes for all three.

Episode 5. A Halloween Story (Air Date: 10/25/1996)

Sabrina sends a clone to attend Harvey's Halloween party until she can escape her relatives. After she fantasizes about James Dean, the inspiration for Harvey's costume, she receives a gift from her aunts, one-half hour with the deceased person of her choice, and chooses her grandmother.

Episode 6. Dream Date (Air Date: 11/01/1996)

When Harvey decides to go to a dance with Libby. Hilda and Zelda use some magical dough to create a perfect dance date for Sabrina.

Episode 7. Third Aunt From the Sun (Air Date: 11/08/1996)

Sabrina spends time with her Aunt Vesta in the fantasy realm of Pleasuredome, but when Vesta suggests she live there permanently, Sabrina must choose between a paradise and her normal life on Earth.

Episode 8. Magic Joel (Air Date: 11/15/1996)

Sabrina assists a clumsy magician named Joel, but when she make him invisible to save him from humiliation, he ends up enjoying it a little too much.

Episode 9. Geek Like Me (Air Date: 11/22/1996)

Sabrina, after tiring of Libby's teasing about Sabrina's academic endeavors, turns Libby into a geek, but the plan backfires when Libby unites the geek community against the school.

Episode 10. Sweet and Sour Victory (Air Date: 11/29/1996)

Sabrina tries to get Harvey's attention by boosting her martial arts skills as a kung fu expert, turning Mr. Pool as her teacher. Meanwhile, Hilda competes against ehr rival, Gustav, for a violinist spot in the symphony.

Episode 11. A Girl and Her Cat (Air Date: 12/13/1996)

Sabrina has a dispute with Salem after he gets them thrown out of a pizzeria and leaves him alone, then later masks her concern when he doesn't return home for Christmas dinner.

Episode 12. Trial by Fury (Air Date: 01/03/1997)

When Sabrina receives unfair treatment by a bitter math teacher, her aunts decide to teach him a lesson. Meanwhile, Salem's old girlfriend decides to pay him a visit, unaware that he is now a cat.

Episode 13. Jenny's Non-Dream (Air Date: 01/10/1997)

Sabrina tentatively invites Jenny for a sleepover, but Jenny accidentally ends up in the other realm after going in the linen closet and turned into a grasshopper. After changing her back, Sabrina and her aunts must figure out how to keep Jenny in the dark about what happened.


Sabrina gets a wart which further accentuates the bad mood she's been in. After embraciing a world of unhappiness inside her mirror, she gets trapped there with only baseball player Brady Anderson to guide her towards a path of happiness, one which involves making many apologies.


Hilda and Zelda agree to turn into teenagers in order to accompany Sabrina to a rock concert, but the aunts, not Sabrina, end up being the rowdy ones when Hilda's teen self "Hillary" tries to outfox a security guard and a boy takes interest in Zelda's teen self "Zellary."

Episode 16. Mars Attracts (Air Date: 02/07/1997)

During a family ski outing on Mars, Sabrina forgets to call Harvey after falling for an attractive ski instructor. Conversely, Hilda is skeptical when she meets a man who claims to be a top-secret spy, while Salem throws a wild party in his owners' absence.

Episode 17. First Kiss (Air Date: 02/14/1997)

Sabrina learns that she must pass a test from the Witches Council proving her level of true love for Harvey in order to avoid turning him into a frog during their first kiss.

Episode 18. Sweet Charity (Air Date: 03/07/1997)

Sabrina tries to recruit students for an Adopt-A-Grandmother program by impersonating the popular Libby whenever she's not around, which goes awry when her own grandmother creates a rapor with Libby. Meanwhile, Hilda and Salem find a special soup has made their hair grow way too fast, while Zelda has love troubles with a centuries younger guy.

Episode 19. Cat Showdown (Air Date: 03/21/1997)

Salem and Sabrina, both broke, agree to use Salem to try and win money in a cat show, which they discover is filled with plenty of high-level scheming on the judge's part. Meanwhile, Hilda is downsized, literally, for taking free samples from a magic shop, while Zelda tries to shake a persistent mailman suitor.

Episode 20. Meeting Dad's Girlfriend (Air Date: 04/04/1997)

When Sabrina's father comes in for his monthly visit, Sabrina gets a surprise when she meets Edward's new girlfriend, Gail. When Gail ends up fleeing inside Sabrina's magic book out of hurt and anger, it is up to Sabrina to track her down and explain her initial discontent at meeting her.

Episode 21. As Westbridge Turns (Air Date: 04/25/1997)

Sabrina's life turns into a real-life twisty and dangerous soap opera when she takes some magical help from Zelda for her doldrums.

Episode 22. The Great Mistake (Air Date: 05/02/1997)

After the failed attempts at getting an A in class and going to a Smashing Pumpkins concert, Sabrina shrinks down in size due to embarrassment, leading her aunts to console her with their own stories of self-embarrassment. Salem, meanwhile, tries to convince his witch parole officer that he is abiding by the sentence of his time in cat form.

Episode 23. The Crucible (Air Date: 05/09/1997)

While taking part in a reenactment of the Salem witch trials, Sabrina gets unnerved when it all seems too real and she is mock-accused of being a witch herself.

Episode 24. Troll Bride (Air Date: 05/16/1997)

When Sabrina uses a magic man to find her lost school notebook, Roland the troll comes to her aid, only he wants her to marry him as payment. While her aunts try to use legal aid to get her out of Roland's contract, Sabrina realizes she may have to tell Harvey, the only one who can save her, which may reveal her secret life.
