J.D. develops and acts on feelings for a woman who comes to the hospital to visit her comatose husband. Carla and Turk bicker over whatever comes up. Elliot questions Paul's trust.

JD uses Turk's shared secret as an in with the rest of the surgical interns, but it causes a rift in their friendship. Elliot and Paul have a hard time sharing how they feel for each other.

Turk has to fight off racy dreams of Elliot while JD tries to handle his relations with Tasty Coma Wife who is now a widow.

The death of Carla's mother has her rethinking her wedding to Turk. JD wants romance help from Elliot for his relationship with Jamie.
