Randy says the N-word on live national television, prompting backlash from across the country, even after apologizing to Jesse Jackson. Meanwhile, Stan tries to apologize to Token, but he's not having any of it; and, a little person wants to teach Cartman some sensitivity towards people different from him -- with violence.
Cartman takes his obsession with photographing himself humiliating Butters while he sleeps a little too far and winds up causing Butters to be sent to an anti-gay camp, where the goal is to eradicate bi-curious thoughts. Meanwhile, when one of Cartman's pictures goes missing, he becomes desperate to find it, but has trouble getting people's help when he can't reveal the content of the photo.
A lice outbreak at another school prompts South Park Elementary to do a full lice check. When Clyde learns that he has an infestation, he becomes obsessed with keeping it a secret.
Cartman suspects the new middle eastern student Bahir is a terrorist. Complications ensue when Bahir's MySpace page clashes with information he gave in class, causing Cartman (with Kyle's help) to suspect that the new kid has arrived in town to coincide with a political rally being held by presidential candidate Hillary Clinton that day. Cartman tries to stop disaster from happening at the rally a la Jack Bauer in "24."
Stan questions the point of dying eggs on Easter, causing Randy to bring his son to a secret meeting of an organization of The Hare Club for Men. This secrety society actually protects and worships a bunny rabbit, which Stan soon discovers is actually the apostle Peter -- Peter Rabbit -- whom the Catholic church wants to kill in order to protect the sanctity of the Pope.
When Ms. Garrison is dumped, she finds refuge in the arms of another woman, who awakens in her thoughts she never knew she had. When a Persian businessman buys the lesbian bar Ms. Garrison has been introduced to, she brings its patrons together to fight off the hordes of Persians who would deprive them of their sanctuary.
Homeless people flock to South Park for reasons unknown. When Kyle gives one of them $20, the population reaches a critical mass, and the town denizens, led by Randy, no longer feel safe.
Cartman has Tourette's syndrome. Able to say whatever he wants without getting in trouble for it, Cartman lines up national TV coverage to take advantage of his new life with no filters.
Randy becomes South Park's home-town hero when the guys down at the local bar see the size of his most recent crap. Randy contacts a society that keeps track of the world record, thinking his masterpiece would definitely be a contender.
A search for Cartman's leprechaun causes the boys to cross into a new dimension.
Stan and Kyle are held in the bowels of the Pentagon until they tell the government how they got into Imaginationland.
