Episode 16. Eyes Wide Open (Air Date: 03/19/02)

Charlie's in charge of a 16-year-old “brainiac,” a teen from Carter's Little Brother program who's now out for a wild night on the town. Spencer: John Francis Daley. Julie: Erin Murphy. Carrie: Marielle Heller. Charlie: Charlie Sheen.
