Episode 1. Into the Fire (2) (Air Date: 06/25/1999)

O'Neill, Carter, and Daniel are imprisoned by the Goa'uld, where Daniel and Carter witness the implants a Goa'uld symbiote within O'Neill. When Hammond sends units to retrieve the team, their failure leads him to take on the task himself. Meanwhile, Teal'c tries to rally an army together to help save his team.

Episode 2. Seth (Air Date: 07/02/1999)

An ancient Goa'uld lord hides on Earth, assuming the role of a religious cult leader.

Episode 3. Fair Game (Air Date: 07/09/1999)

A peace negotiation session is held with SGC and System Lords following the news that the Goa'uld plans to attack Earth, but when Teal'c and one of the Lords are found beaten, Teal'c is set up to look responsible, with the Lords soon promising retaliation against Earth as punishment.

Episode 4. Legacy (Air Date: 07/16/1999)

During a mission, the SG-1 team is infected one by one by a parasite intended by Ma'chello to kill off all the Goa'uld.

Episode 5. Learning Curve (Air Date: 07/23/1999)

When the SG-1 team visits a planet, O'Neill ends up taking a gifted young child and her chaperone back to SGC along with a reactor. When the girl stays on at SGC to help Carter build a technical device, O'Neill realizes the child lacks a sense of play and against orders, takes her off the base to show her the beauty of childhood.

Episode 6. Point of View (Air Date: 07/30/1999)

SGC learns an alternate reality of itself exists, with alternate versions of the SG-1 team. When the alternates who have travelled through a quantum mirror reveal they cannot return to their reality without facing down the Goa'uld, both versions of the SG-1 team devise a way to fight them on the other side.

Episode 7. Dead Man Switch (Air Date: 08/06/1999)

SG-1 is captured by an alien bounty hunter.

Episode 8. Demons (Air Date: 08/13/1999)

SG-1 are thought to be demons by a medieval society and slated to be sacrificed.

Episode 9. Rules of Engagement (Air Date: 08/20/1999)

SG-1 finds itself in the midst of a battle upon exiting the Stargate. Believing one side of the conflict to be a missing SG team, SG-1 offers assistance, only to find the mysterious team's weapons aimed its way.

Episode 10. Forever in a Day (Air Date: 10/08/1999)

Daniel and Sha're reunite, but when Teal'c realizes she is the Goa'uld Amaunet, he must kill Amaunet to save Daniel, causing a rift between SGC and Daniel, who refuses to believe the woman killed wasn't really his wife.

Episode 11. Past and Present (Air Date: 10/15/1999)

SG-1 encounters a planet suffering from amnesia, one which faces inevitable ruin unless the memories can be restored.

Episode 12. Jolinar's Memories (1) (Air Date: 10/22/1999)

Samantha Carter attempts to save her father, who is held captive in Sokar's prison, by accessing her memories of Jolinar.

Episode 13. The Devil You Know (2) (Air Date: 10/29/1999)

SG-1 is captured during their attempt to rescue Samantha Carter's father and must escape from Sokar's hell-like prison.

Episode 14. Foothold (Air Date: 11/05/1999)

The team returns to the SGC following a mission, and after witnessing some strange behavior, comes to believe that not everyone may be who they appear to be.

Episode 15. Pretense (Air Date: 01/21/2000)

Skaara/Klorel is put on trial under the Triad system of justice.

Episode 16. Urgo (Air Date: 01/28/2000)

The SG-1 crew have their minds controlled by the program, Urgo, of a computer chip that has been unknowingly implanted.

Episode 17. A Hundred Days (Air Date: 02/04/2000)

O'Neill is trapped on a planet when a meteor hits during an expedition.

Episode 18. Shades of Grey (Air Date: 02/11/2000)

O'Neill steals an alien weapon after an uncooperative trade negotiation, prompting his loss of command status and causing a possible break between the alien planet and Earth.

Episode 19. New Ground (Air Date: 02/18/2000)

While visiting a planet, the SG-1 crew becomes a pawn in a war waged over two cultures' differing beliefs.

Episode 20. Maternal Instinct (Air Date: 02/25/2000)

SG-1 races to find the Harsesis child before Apophis does.

Episode 21. Crystal Skull (Air Date: 03/03/2000)

Daniel disappears during an exploration after looking into the eyes of a crystal skull. SG-1 then recruits Daniel's grandfather, who went insane trying to figure out the mystery of the skull, to help bring Daniel back.

Episode 22. Nemesis (1) (Air Date: 03/10/2000)

SG-1 finds itself up against a horde of destructive metallic bugs.
