Kevin Hunted is released from prison; his parole officer James Liberti has family troubles.

Kevin decides to run the Royal Scam nightclub; James struggles with a past gambling addiction; Dee supervises a parolee who discovers he is HIV-positive.

Episode 3. Above Suspicion (Air Date: 07/07/2002)

James bets and loses a large sum of money; Kevin realizes that Rachel has been cheating on him; Dee oversees an ex-Federal agent.

Episode 4. Respect (Air Date: 07/14/2002)

Kevin fights with a customer and is arrested; James grapples with an ethical dilemma; Dee and Dugan attempt to set their boundaries.

Episode 5. Lesser Evils (Air Date: 07/21/2002)

James commits insurance fraud, claiming his watch was stolen; Kevin vouches for his brother on a drug deal; Dee learns the truth about Atwood and Dugan.

As Dee begins to visit a psychiatrist and James struggles with a difficult parolee; Kevin is permitted to see his parents.

Kevin discovers his office has been bugged; James and Kevin conflict over the friendship between their sons.

Episode 8. Instant Karma (Air Date: 08/11/2002)

The body of a councilman is discovered inside Kevin's club; Liberti discovers he is under surveillance; Kevin doubts Goldie's strategy.

Episode 9. Rabid Dawg (Air Date: 08/18/2002)

Dee winds up supervising Bonnie Abrams while Kevin serves as a confidante to Rachel. Liberti goes on a winning streak while Goldie runs afoul of the law in Calcutta.

Episode 10. No Excuses (Air Date: 08/25/2002)

Kevin turns to a friend to help get Goldie home and the load out of customs in India; Karen confronts James about his gambling addiction and insists he get professional help; though Dee is surprised by Danny's courtly behavior when she has him join her for dinner, her worse fears are confirmed when she follows him on his job.

Episode 11. Betrayal (Air Date: 09/01/2002)

Due to Freddy's help, Goldie returns safely to the U.S., but Kevin and Peter encounter problems retrieving their stash of smuggled hash from customs. Meanwhile, Dee and Karen confront James about his gamling addiction.

Episode 12. Reversal of Fortune (Air Date: 09/08/2002)

As James deals with his impending suspension and learns his $25,000 marker is being called in, Peter and Kevin realize part of their load has been stolen.


While on their honeymoon, Kevin and Rachel run into an old friend. Elsewhere, Peter has to go to the hole and James faces Herbie Green at the hearing.

Episode 14. Follow the Money (Air Date: 05/07/2003)

Peter gets out and Liberti fields a threat from Adonis to run a story on him. Meanwhile, Dee obtains crucial evidence on Skouras.

Episode 15. Anger Management (Air Date: 05/14/2003)

As Peter and Keven keep Goldie off balance and Liberti starts managing a new parolee, Dee brings Valentine the necessary proof.

Episode 16. Right to Life (Air Date: 05/21/2003)

Kevin confesses the truth about his brother to Rachel and James goes through a bad patch in his relationship. Meanwhile, Dee learns a parolee has joined an extremely right-wing religious group.

Episode 17. Even (Air Date: 05/28/2003)

As Kevin and Peter plan to unload the remaining stash for profit, Dee takes charge of the parole of a charming basketball player who may or may not still have gang ties.

Episode 18. On Goldie Pond (Air Date: 06/04/2003)

James takes the plunge and goes on a date; Kevin's dad is felled by a stroke; Peter confesses his trip with Goldie to Kevin.

Episode 19. Going Home (Air Date: 06/11/2003)

As Dee tries to avenge Skye Nighthawk, Liberti helps his son celebrate his birthday and grants Kevin permission to go home for his father's funeral, even though Peter will be there as well.
