Season 1 Episodes
Episode 1. Stranded (Air Date: 01/28/2001)

The sixteen contestants land in the Australian Outback for their 42 day challenge and are separated into two tribes, Ogakor and Kucha. Keith and Jerri get on each other's nerves, while everyone at Kucha is annoyed by Kimmi's constant chatter. Ogakor wins the first immunity challenge. Debb Eaton is voted out of the competition.

Episode 2. Suspicion (Air Date: 02/01/2001)

Michael makes rice, which annoys the rest of his tribe, but then manages to become leader of the tribe. Tensions erupt when Kel seems to have smuggled in beef jerkey to eat, despite the fact he's the only one fishing. Kimmi, despite being a vegetarian, wins immunity. Kel Gleason is voted off.

Episode 3. Trust No One (Air Date: 02/08/2001)

Michael is determined to kill a pig for food. Jerri and Colby flirt with each other. Kucha wins immunity, so Maralyn "Mad Dog" Hershey is voted out of the competition.

Episode 4. The Killing Fields (Air Date: 02/15/2001)

Keith and Tina plot to get rid of a bossy Jerri. Colby and Jerri make a deal with Amber. Michael kills a pig to help with meals. Kucha wins the immunity challenge. Mitchell Olson is voted out.

Episode 5. The Gloves Come Off (Air Date: 02/22/2001)

Kimmi and Alicia argue about chickens. Ogakor is encouraged to win immunity by Colby. Kimmi Kappenberg is voted off because of her food issues.

Episode 6. Trial by Fire (Air Date: 03/01/2001)

Michael Skupin is forced out of the competition by severe burns. This evens the team members.

Episode 7. The Merge (Air Date: 03/08/2001)

The two tribes merge into one tribe and set up a new camp. An individual immunity challenge is won by Keith. Jeff Varner is voted out of the competition.

Episode 8. Friends? (Air Date: 03/14/2001)

Jerri choses Amber to celebrate in her winning a victory. Keith wins his second immunity challenge. Alicia Calaway is voted out of the competition, but becomes the first member of the jury.

Episode 10. Honeymoon or Not? (Air Date: 03/29/2001)

The tribe finds itself getting low on rice and desperately needing to catch fish. Colby and Jerri win the first challenge, but it's Nick who wins the immunity challenge. Jerri Lynn London is voted out.

Episode 11. Let's Make a Deal (Air Date: 04/05/2001)

Amber feels alone without Jerri. The tribe starts to worry as their strength runs out from lack of food and the waters start to rise. Colby manages to win the immunity challenge. Nick Brown is voted out of the competition.

Episode 12. No Longer Just a Game (Air Date: 04/12/2001)

A flash flood washes away the contestants' camp. Amber Brkich is eleventh contestant voted out of the game.

Episode 13. Enough is Enough (Air Date: 04/19/2001)

Messages arrive from home. Colby and Keith argue over food rationing. Once again, Colby wins immunity. Rodger Bingham is voted out.

Episode 14. The Final Four (Air Date: 04/19/2001)

The final four contestants face off. Colby once again wins the challenges, leaving the others vulnerable. Elisabeth Hasselbeck is voted off.

Episode 15. The Most Deserving (Air Date: 05/03/2001)

Colby, Keith, and Tina face their final night in the Outback. After Keith Famie is voted out of the competition, the jury awards Tina Wesson the game over Colby Donaldson.
