The newly formed teams, Magna and Net Worth, compete to come up with the best promotion for a Burger King project. Net Worth wins and is rewarded a dinner with Donald Trump. Todd Everett is fired.

Episode 2. Motel 666 (Air Date: 01/27/2005)

Two teams teams are challenged to renovate a motel and post the results on Yahoo! Magna wins an evening with Steve Forbes. Brian McDowell is fired for poor planning.

Episode 3. Trouble Is Brewing (Air Date: 02/03/2005)

Verna Felton quit after losing motivation in the competition. The teams try to promote Nestlé's premium coffee. Net Worth wins a helicopter trip over New York. Danny Kastner is fired.

Episode 4. Soap Dopes (Air Date: 02/10/2005)

Both teams fail at creating a successful advertising campaign for Dove's Cool Moisture Body Wash. Kristen Kirchner is fired.

Episode 5. Airstream of Consciousness (Air Date: 02/17/2005)

Magna and Net Worth must create a mobile phone service. Net Worth succeeds over Magna and wins a pearl shopping spree at Mikimoto. Michael Tarshi is fired.

Episode 6. The Writing on the Wall (Air Date: 02/24/2005)

Magna wins a competition to design a graffiti advertisement for Sony PlayStation 2. As a reward, Magna team members get to participate in a professional photo shoot. Tara Dowdell is fired.

Episode 7. Project Putt Putt (Air Date: 03/03/2005)

The teams compete to attract the most business to a miniature golf course of their design. Magna wins the challenge and gets to golf with Donald Trump and Christy Kerr. Audrey Evans is fired.

Episode 8. Bling It On (Air Date: 03/10/2005)

The teams are challenged to run a charity auction involving famous musicians. Magna wins the challenge. John Gafford is fired.

Episode 10. Pandora's Box (Air Date: 03/24/2005)

The teams are asked to host an event for Home Depot. Magna gets to take a ride in a zero gravity jet after winning the challenge. Erin Elmore is fired.

Episode 11. The Pie's The Limit (Air Date: 03/31/2005)

The teams are charged with selling a newly created pizza for Domino's Pizza via a mobile trailer. Magna continues its winning streak, this time being rewarded with breakfast at Donald Trump's apartment. Stephanie Myers is fired.

Episode 12. Seams Stress (Air Date: 04/07/2005)

Magna wins the challenge of modifying clothing for Eagle Outfitters. The are treated to a shopping spree at Bergdorf Goodman. Angie McKnight is fired.

Episode 13. A Lonely Drive (Air Date: 04/14/2005)

The teams must prepare a sales brochure in support of the new Pontiac Solstice. Magna wins a round of basketball with professionals at Madison Square Garden. Chris Shelton is fired for participating in a seven-week losing streak with Net Worth.


The teams try to design an office organizer for sale at Staples. Magna wins the challenge and gets breakfast with George and Carolyn at the Rainbow Room. Bren Olswanger is fired.

Episode 15. Bedazzled by a Beefy T (Air Date: 04/28/2005)

Magna and Net Worth try to sell the most t-shirts that they have designed in honor of Hanes’ 50th Anniversary. Magna wins and gets to ride in fighter planes during a mock dogfight. Magna and Net Worth are disbanded. Alex Thomason is fired.

Episode 16. The Games People Play (Air Date: 05/05/2005)

The remaining contestants interview with Trump executives. After the interviews, the executives encourage the firing of Craig Williams.

Episode 17. Into the Stretch (Air Date: 05/12/2005)

The remaining two contestants face their final challenges. Kendra is charged with putting together a fight night promotion for Best Buy. Tana must work on an athlete challenge for the New York City 2012 Olympics Committee.

Episode 18. Season Finale (Air Date: 05/19/2005)

During a live finale at New York University, Kendra Todd beat out Tana Goertz for the job of "The Apprentice."
