The remaining five contestants go to New York City for makeovers that show how far they've come. They get hairstyles at a top salon, then head to Macy's, where "Project Runway" winner Christian Siriano helps them find outfits that show off their figures.
The final four contestants reflect on their weight loss and the progress they've made.
Michelle Aguilar from Fort Worth, Texas, is named the winner of "The Biggest Loser," earning her $250,000 for dropping 110 lbs, which is almost half of her original weight.
