Ethan and his fiance are about the celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the day they met in third-grade. Ethan invites everyone from their third-grade class for a reunion, as a surprise for his fiance. Unfortunately, his fiance is horrified and wants to break up. However, the party brings some of the classmates back together to reconnect and develop new relationships.
Richie accidently runs over Lina with his car after their great coffee date and breaks all the bones in her feet. Ethan and Kat meet them at the hospital.
When Holly is assigned to cover a major hurricane in the field, Kyle and Aaron are spellbound by her reports as she is whipped around on camera, providing hours of entertainment for them at home.
Holly tries to get Oprah into Kyle's school. Nicole is unhappy as Yonk and Duncan begin bonding over video games and football. Richie and Lina try a second date and Kat helps Ethan recover from his break-up.
Kat forces Ethan to hold up the line at a yogurt store asking for samples. Kyle lies to Holly about why he kept Oprah out of his school, but gives in and gets Oprah into his class. Richie goes to work for Duncan. Richie juggles relationships with Fern and Lina.
Holly goes to a petting zoo to shoot a news segment and ends up impaling a bunny ruining her chances of getting the open weekend anchor spot. Yonk takes Richie and Duncan to Atlantic City and Nicole worries that Yonk will gamble. Kat makes fun of Ethan's Superman costume and he decides to prove his strength by holding her in a headlock.
A man mistakes Kat for his blind date and she plays along. Ethan is shocked, but then ends up doing the same thing when the woman the man was supposed to meet arrives. Nicole goes to listen to Duncan play with his reunited high school band. Lina and Richie get closer and Fern is suspicious.
Oprah has her birthday party and Ethan ends up going to the party with his girlfriend Sue to take her son Sam. This creates a problem for Ethan since Sue still thinks he is Dan and not Ethan. Lina tells Ritchie she loves him. He decides to leave his wife Fern, but when he goes home to tell her, she is gone taking Lina a plant.
Ritchie tells Fern that he wants a divorce and then finds out that she talked to Lina. He tries to talk to Lina, but Lina doesn't want to see him. Yonk finds out that Nicole and Duncan used to date and Kyle and Allen have Thanksgiving dinner with Holly and her family.
Ritchie runs his car into a convenience store while trying to get rid of a bee in his car. Holly ends up covering the store. Nicole and Duncan try to talk Ritchie into coming out of the car. Lina shows up to see Ritchie after hearing Ritchie talk about how much he loves her on television.
Yonk and Nicole celebrate their anniversary. Nicole gives Yonk a couple thoughtful gifts and he gives her a stripper pole. She is upset, but tries to hide it.
Ethan's new girlfriend, Palmer, admits she's always had a crush on Kat causing Ethan to imagine a three-some. Meanwhile, Lina, Nicole and Duncan visit Richie's rough neighborhood to help him collect things from his apartment, but while they are there Fern shows up and holds them at gun point to get the name of Richie's new girl-friend.
Nicole and Lina have lunch and Lina reveals that she and Richie haven't had sex yet. Then Richie confesses to Duncan that he has reservations about having sex with Lina. Nicole then trades notes with Duncan. Meanwhile, Kat's been taking pictures of a handsome stranger. He ends up bringing his son in to see Ethan who gives him Kat's number.
Palmer overhears Kat and Benjamin talking about her relationship with Ethan. She is upset that Kat thinks their relationship is only about sex and she wants to take a break from the physical part of their relationship.
Lina has a dinner party and cooks a Moroccan chicken that her friends are then forced to pretend to enjoy. Jerry Rice works on a charity event with Yonk. Nicole and Yonk are on a healthier diet, but Nicole is tempted to cheat.
A snow storm prevents the gang from getting to their loved ones. Perry comes to decorate Yonk and Nicole's place but gets stuck with Duncan and Nicole in the snow storm.
Nicole is upset that Duncan and Richie aren't going to be around anymore because they've finished the job. Nicole is also upset when Yonk keeps calling her by his second wife's name. Meanwhile, Ethan wants to break up with Palmer. Kyle accidentally lets Ethan's plans slip to Palmer before Ethan's broken up with her.
Nicole packs to leave Yonk, but Yonk arrives before she's finished packing so she sends him off with Duncan and Richie to have lunch, but Yonk has an accident while they are there. Meanwhile, Kat finds out that Benjamin has had a girlfriend the whole time they were dating.
The group gathers at the hospital after Yonk has a heart attack. Meanwhile, Kat is upset over her breakup with Benjamin and Ethan struggles with the realization that he has feelings for Kat.
