Episode 1. Hello America (Air Date: NA)

In the second-season opener, the team helps a national-news anchor (Gary Cole) who claims to have been clean for years and is now a spokesperson for recovery, which makes the situation delicate and calls for discrete action. Whoopi Goldberg guest stars.


William's father-and-son weekend with Ben is interrupted by two calls for help, both for men who are alcoholics, one of whom is abusive to his teenage son. Joe Don Baker.


A mother asks William to help her daughter, who's pregnant, addicted to crack and is being forced by her father into marriage. Meanwhile, William tries to figure out how to celebrate Ben's birthday.


A talent manager asks William to help his drug-addicted client, and William discovers that the star's parents are also in need of an intervention. Shirley Jones guest stars.

Episode 5. Split Ends (Air Date: NA)

Identical twin sisters with little else in common learn that their roads to recovery may be connected. Meanwhile, William's addict friend puts a strain on their relationship with out-of-control behavior.


William is hired to help a drug-addicted cop, and he's fearful that the man might use his weapon during the intervention. Meanwhile, Akani helps a homeless woman and her dog find shelter; and Swenton comes to the aid of an alcoholic father and his daughter.


William attempts to help a surgeon who is abusing drugs and the doctor's girlfriend, a nurse, who is desperate to marry him so her son will have a father.


A woman asks William to get her drug-addicted son released from an Inland Empire jail, and Swenton is successful, but the trip back to Los Angeles is complicated by the young man's unwillingness to change his life, and a chance encounter with a 13-year old drug runner for a powerful dealer.


A self-help guru whose second book is about to be released asks for William's help when her drug-addicted son disappears. William and the team find the young man and realize he also suffers from gender dysphoria.

Episode 10. Cinderella (Air Date: NA)

William suspects that the star ballerina in a show in which his daughter is performing has a drug addiction.


William helps a boxer who's an alcoholic, and the team realizes the man's wife also has an addiction, but the boxer threatens William, telling him to stay away from his wife.


A former client who's now an undercover FBI narc asks William to help his drug-addicted girlfriend who is also the daughter of a Mexican drug dealer, and the dealer threatens William's family.

Episode 13. Trick Candles (Air Date: NA)

In the series finale, William helps a friend (Richard Lewis) whose addictions could cost him his family. Meanwhile, PK plans a surprise party for William to celebrate his seven years of sobriety. Annabelle Gurwitch, Gary Cole, Steve Landesberg.
