Jinny and Magda lead the hunt for a burglar. New information affects Raina's relationship with the baseball player.


Jinny falls under the watchful eye of Internal Affairs. Madga tries to salvage her marriage, but finds out that she may be too late.

The detectives deal with the fallout when a professional athlete has rape allegations filed against him.

Episode 5. A Death in the Family (Air Date: 02/15/2004)

Nate and Raina investigate the death of a disabled man at the same care providing home where Nate's sister resides.

After two gay men are beaten at a benefit concert, the detectives look for leads to find the people who committed the hate crime.

Jinny and Magda look into a nightclub fire that brought about a stampede and wonder if the fire was started on purpose to hide other crimes.

Episode 8. Book of Memories (Air Date: 03/14/2004)

A child molester is killed after being freed by a court ruling and his victims come under investigation for the crime. Stacy and Raina room together even as Raina tries to get a grip on her past.

Episode 9. It's The Real Thing (Air Date: 03/21/2004)

Jinny has to share the life changing news of her pregnancy with her new boyfriend. Nate starts to see a married woman. The officers try to thwart a drug-trafficking ring but find that the trafficker's wife makes things more difficult.


A family is suspected in knowing the truth behind a deadly car bombing. Jinny worries about her pregnancy and relationship. Nate finds that having a relationship with a married woman is a complicated thing.


The department pushes hard to recover a kidnapped teenage girl only to discover that the "abduction" is the tip of the iceberg. Magda and Gabe try to work past Magda's infidelity.

Episode 12. Lost and Found (Air Date: 04/25/2004)

The death of a drug dealer in a high-end neighborhood leads to a muddled investigation. Nate worries about the mental faculties of his girlfriend.

Episode 13. The Kids Are Alright (Air Date: 05/02/2004)

The Division works to safeguard the city's foster children from a potential drug plot. Ramirez shows a new Inspector the ropes in Jinny's absence.


After spending nine years in a coma, the officers of the Division hope that the person will remember enough information to break the case of the violent act perpetrated on them and protect possible future victims.

Stacy's investigation into a friend's missing siblings reveals a dark illegal immigration system full of abuse.

Episode 16. The Box (Part 1) (Air Date: 06/06/2004)

A serial murderer lines up Raina as their next target and the Division is rocked when it appears that someone working the case is actually aiding the criminal. A visit from a former flame upends Stacy's life.

Episode 17. Crawl Space (Part 2) (Air Date: 06/06/2004)

Raina tries to buy time for her colleagues to find her as the killer asks for a murder suspect's release in exchange for Raina's life.

Episode 18. Baby the Rain Must Fall (Air Date: 06/13/2004)

Raina's time undercover and Stacy's subpoena assignment both prove to be hazardous. Detectives investigate the death of a District Attorney with a shadowy double life.


A crime reporter helps the division find the truth behind a breakout of gang related fatalities. Stacy's life hits a crossroads when she has to either pick things back up with her ex or move on.


The fate of a missing pregnant woman is revealed when her murdered body is discovered. Initially, her husband is the main suspect, but gradually the net widens. Kate wonders what to do with herself when Jill and Katie-Ann visit Los Angeles.

Episode 21. Zero Tolerance (Part 1) (Air Date: 06/28/2004)

An affluent neighorhood suffers through a drive-by shooting wounding one of the high school's popular girls. A suspect is immediately apprehended and it's one of the girl's classmates. Violent activities continue to escalate around the school.


The detectives suspect a link to a hazing and discover a group of outcasts who support the Day of Judgment. A group of three students take over the school by force and wire it with bombs, holding the principal and Stacy hostage. Jinny and Hank wed.
