"Night Of The Living Green" Grim ends up with encroaching doom syndrome, so Billy and Mandy force Grim to go to the underworld doctor for a cure. But unfortunately the cure causes Grim to assume human form.
"Who Killed Who?" Billy tries to forbid Mandy from playing the board game "Who Killed Who?," because she's a girl. But when he loses the game dice over the wall of old Mrs. Doolin's haunted house, Mandy is not afraid to get them and Billy is. "Tween Wolf" Grim throws away his magic cap, which Irwin picks up. Inside the hat, Irwin pulls out a werewolf, which he soon turns into. Billy finds Irwin and takes him home to be his dog.
"Grim In Love" Grim meets a woman who likes him because she thinks he is pretending to be the Grim Reaper. But when he shows her that he really is the Grim Reaper, she runs screaming in the other direction.
"The Crawling Niceness" Billy goes into Grim's trunk and pulls out an egg that he accidentally hatches. The spider that emerges considers Billy his father."Smarten Up!" Grim attempts to feed Billy a bookworm that is to take over his brain, but unfortunately Billy accidentally drops the worm and his cat eats it."The Grim Show" Grim's favorite television show is cancelled, so he decides to give the network executives a piece of his mind.
"Son Of Nergal" Billy and Mandy go to winter camp, where they are introduced to Nergal's son, Junior. Junior wants to fit in, so he starts taking over people so that he can be popular.
"Grim For A Day" After long hours and late nights, Billy says being the Grim Reaper is easy compared to being a child. Mandy suggests Grim and Billy change places for a day and in the process find themselves each physically changing into the other.
"Billy & The Bully" Tired of being terrorized by the bully Sperg, Billy asks Grim to attack him. But the attack doesn't go well when Sperg calls Grim a bonehead.
