Season 1 Episodes
Episode 1. Pilot (Air Date: 09/22/2004)

Following the death of his grandfather in an avalanche, carefree David Carver Jr. returns to the ski resort town he left to run the Boundary Mountain ski resort bequeathed to him.

Episode 2. Unbroken (Air Date: 09/29/2004)

David ends up in prison overnight after getting into a Denver bar brawl, but once he's released, he is forced to return to the mountain to take care of some pressing business.

Episode 3. On the Beach (Air Date: 10/06/2004)

Colin Dowling plans to steal some of the Carvers' thunder when he not only entices some of their employees away, but also oversees the annual "Boundary Days" festival that David Carver Sr founded.

Episode 4. Water (Air Date: 10/13/2004)

Tension between David and Will continues to grow over the point of David's former relationship with Maria, and gets even further complicated when Max surprisingly becomes friends with Maria. Meanwhile, David finds himself the target of blackmail by a former Boundary Mountain employee who claims David is partially responsible for someone's untimely death.

Episode 5. Masquerade (Air Date: 10/20/2004)

Travis and Colin try to blackmail David using Travis' knowledge of David's Tory Canyon incident, and in exchange, get a chunk of Boundary Mountain's backside. Meanwhile, Gennie hosts a masquerade ball at the mountain at which Shelly and Michael continue their flirtation and she, herself, is the recipient of a millionaire's advances.

Episode 6. Best Laid Plans (Air Date: 10/31/2004)

Colin invites Will and David to speak at a meeting with the investors about their mutual land agreement, but Will reveals to him that the land Colin has been leased amounts to nothing, and that he plans to mortify Colin by telling that to the investors.

Episode 7. The Letter (Air Date: 11/14/2004)

Travis makes an effort to have David implicated in the death of the employee who extorted David after the man's corpse is found on a ski lift. Meanwhile, Sam's relationship with Shelly is tarnished when he finds her with Michael, prompting her to try and salvage whatever good feelings remain between the two.

Episode 8. A Piece of the Rock (Air Date: 11/21/2004)

Sam disappointingly learns that his no-good father has spent all his college tuition money on a microbrewery business. Meanwhile, Grandpa Carver's old girlfriend comes to town, but David and Will are startled by the news of her dealings with Colin Dowling, to whom she plans to sell her stock in Boundary Mountain.

Episode 9. Pop Psychology (Air Date: 11/28/2004)

The Carvers' Thanksgiving dinner is chillier than the mountain snow when a man from their past shows up unannounced. David tries to rebuild his relationship with Max, and Will considers asking Maria to be his wife. Meanwhile, Michael and Sam press on in their individual pursuits of Shelly.

Episode 10. The One You're With (Air Date: 12/05/2004)

Shelly finds herself trying to develop her snowboarding skills after her estranged father watches her at an exhibition and is less-than-impressed. The snowboarding time also allows Shelly a chance to divert the focus away from Sam and his new girlfriend Scarlett. Meanwhile, Will proposes to Maria in order to keep her from leaving the mountain after Colin Dowling tells her there is an enticing job waiting for her in New York.

Episode 11. Sacred Things (Air Date: 12/12/2004)

Shelly decides to go see Sam and try to patch things up, skipping out on the prearranged snowboarding training time with her dad. Meanwhile, David and Maria attempt to tell Will and Max about their newly rekindled feelings for one another.
