Episode 1. Beyond Blunderdome (Air Date: 09/26/1999)

In town to film his new movie, "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington," Mel Gibson gets production advice from Homer.

Episode 2. Brother's Little Helper (Air Date: 10/03/1999)

When Bart takes medicine for ADD, he becomes studious, attentive, and paranoid that satellites are spying on him.


Homer becomes the Springfield Shopper Newspaper's new food critic, and he writes a rave review of Apu's hot dogs, creating quite a buzz. But when Homer starts writing positive reviews of every restaurant, things get a little more difficult for him.

Episode 4. Tree House of Horror X (Air Date: 10/31/1999)

Life's a glitch, Then You Die: Homer's Y2K negligence destroys the world. Deperately Xeeking Xena: Bart and Lisa become superheroes who have to rescue Lucy Lawless. I Know What You Diddily-Iddily-Did: Homer has to fake Flanders' death after Marge accidentally runs him over.

Episode 5. E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt) (Air Date: 11/07/1999)

Homer decides to challenge people to duels after seeing Zorro, but when he challenges the wrong Southerner, the family has to flee to the farm where Homer grew up. While there, Homer uses radioactive waste to genetically breed tomacco - an addictive tobacco/tomato that the cigarette industry wants to sell to kids.

Episode 6. Hello Gutter, Hello Fadder (Air Date: 11/14/1999)

Homer becomes a celebrity due to his perfect bowling game.

Episode 7. Eight Misbehavin' (Air Date: 11/21/1999)

Apu and Manjula give birth to octuplets and find themselves the subject of an exhibit at the zoo.

Episode 8. Take My Wife, Sleaze (Air Date: 11/28/1999)

After winning a motorcycle, Homer and his buddies start a biker gang, but when a rival gang kidnaps Marge, Homer must come to the rescue.

Episode 9. Grift of the Magi (Air Date: 12/19/1999)

A large toy company uses Springfield to test its new Christmas rush toy.

Episode 10. Little Big Mom (Air Date: 01/09/2000)

After Marge's leg is broken in a clock accident at a ski lodge, Lisa takes over the chores at home. Getting Bart and Homer to help out proves impossible, so out of revenge, she tricks them into thinking they have leprosy.

Episode 11. Faith Off (Air Date: 01/16/2000)

Homer attends his S.U. homecoming college reunion and gets a bucket stuck on his head with super glue. Bart is revealed to have special healing powers and relieves Homer of the bucket. Bart then heals the rest of the community and revives their faith. He goes on to save the star athelete of S.U. so that they win the game, but realizes his powers aren't as special as everyone once thought.

Episode 12. The Mansion Family (Air Date: 01/23/2000)

Mr. Burns is given an award for being the oldest person in Springfield, but soon after, he checks himself into the Mayo Clinic, fearing that he is too old. Homer house-sits for Mr. Burns and throws a huge party on his yacht.

Episode 13. Saddlesore Galactica (Air Date: 02/06/2000)

When the Simpsons rescue a "diving horse" from the state fair, Bart becomes a champion horse racer and Homer is threatened by elf jockeys.

Episode 14. Alone Again Natura-Diddly (Air Date: 02/13/2000)

Maude Flanders dies and Homer is indirectly responsible, leading him to feel sorry for Flanders and help him overcome his loss.

Episode 15. Missionary: Impossible (Air Date: 02/20/2000)

In an attempt to keep his favorite show on the air, Homer anonymously pledges $10,000 dollars to PBS, assuming he will not be found out and have to pay. When he gets caught, he turns to Rev. Lovejoy who enlists him in the Peace Corp as a missionary on the Island of Microatia.

Episode 16. Pygmoelian (Air Date: 02/27/2000)

The family goes to the Duff Beer Festival. Moe gets plastic surgery and becomes a real ladies' man. He also lands a role on the hot soap opera, "It Never Ends," which does end.

Episode 17. Bart to the Future (Air Date: 03/19/2000)

Bart tries to sneak into an Indian Gaming Reservation, and when he gets caught the Chief shows him his future as a loser musician, while Lisa becomes President.

Episode 18. Days of Wine and D'Oh'ses (Air Date: 04/09/2000)

Barney quits drinking so he can learn to fly a helicoptor, and Homer gets an inferiority complex. Meanwhile, Bart and Lisa compete for a winning photo that will be on the cover of the phone book.


When the family takes a vacation in Florida to soothe Homer's frazzled nerves, they discover that they have arrived during Spring Break, leading Homer to Party Hardy and accidentally killing an alligator. The state prosecutes the family for the murder, and they land in a Florida prison, but when the alligator turns up alive, the charges are dropped.


Lisa wants to learn the tango and enrolls in a dance school. However, the teacher, Vicki Valentine, forces her to learn tap instead. Lisa discovers she has no coordination and has to resort to trickery for her performance, leading to disaster. Bart and Milhouse hide out in a shopping mall. And Homer gets laser eye surgery.


Becky moves in with the Simpsons when she is left standing at the altar. She tries to out-mother Marge.

Episode 22. Behind the Laughter (Air Date: 05/21/2000)

An expose of the Simpsons - "Behind the Music" style.
