At home the ladies organize "Old Home Week" to raise money for buying phone cards. In the field the team intercepts diamonds linked to a possible terrorist attack. During the mission, Bob sees one of the team members smuggle some of the diamonds and isn't sure what to do.
Jonas goes to help a friend with an off the books mission to retrieve the friend's daughter from a cult, but during the mission, the girl's mother kills the cult leader complicating the mission.
When Bob's helicopter goes down stranding him in Siberia with his translator, he must fight the injuries and dangerous conditions to survive. As he fights for their lives, he flashes back to his try-outs for the unit.
Jonas and his men go on an assassination mission, but when a leak exposes their mission, the lives of the team members are in danger. Meanwhile at home Crystal is spending lots of money to distract herself from thinking about where her husband is.
Ryan calls the team in to rescue Jonas when he is captured and DC won't allow Ryan to negotiate a prison exchange. Meanwhile, back at the base, Tiffy finds legal support to help her deal with the consequences of covering for Charlotte in the car accident.
At a family gathering honoring his dad, Jonas sees his nephew, who just returned from combat, beating his wife. Jonas sits his nephew down and talks with him explaining why that kind of behavior can not continue. Meanwhile, Mack tries to help a mysterious pilot in a plane in a restricted area land safely.
The Unit is assigned to protect a U.S. Senator while she travels in a hostile Asian country. Jonas is given a separate top secret assignment for while he's in the country. Meanwhile, Jeremy tells Molly that he is ready to propose to Crystal and she and the other women help prepare for his arrival.
A spy overhears Kim telling her friends about a dream she had and thinks she's talking about the details of her husband's North Korean mission putting her husband's career in jeopardy. Kim sits with a specialist who tries to interpret her dream and determine whether her husband told her the information or whether it was a coincidence. Meanwhile, a last-minute decision to replace the captain causes problems with the mission.
The Unit goes to Iran to plant radiation "sniffers," but when they run into problems, Mack must make the difficult decision whether or not to leave behind their loyal guide to be tortured or to kill her himself. Meanwhile, Molly helps Jeremy recover while his girlfriend, Crystal is out with one of the married men in the Unit. Tiffy works at the legal clinic and disagrees with lawyer Wilson James regarding a case of an AWOL soldier.
There is a deadly elevator crash and a bomb/gas threat that the Unit must prevent. Molly tries to track down a MIA soldier for his mother. Meanwhile, Crystal is upset when she finds out her affair was just a one night stand.
The Unit is in Germany participating in a competition between the elite covert operation teams, however the games take a turn when they become real and the Unit must work to prevent a terrorist attack. Meanwhile, Kim runs into a friend at the airport while trying to get to a new advertiser for the radio station so she can keep her job. Her plan gets derailed when she ends up going to catch up with her old flame.
The team is sent to transport some prisoners. They are ambushed and join another deployed team seeking refuge. There are conflicts between the two units, but they work together to save their lives. The prisoners are killed in the battle.
Jonas and his team study advanced desert warfare in Israel. They must figure out a solution to scenarios they are presented with. Grey is attracted to an Israeli soldier, but the relationship is fatal. Meanwhile, back at the base Tiffy meets an elderly woman who is selling her husband's old things.
Brown and Williams go on a mission in New Guinea and must rely on local tribes for help. Meanwhile, back at the base Mack finds out that Crystal is helping a reporter who is trying to find out about special agents cheating on their wives. Mack tries to put a stop to it.
A school is taken hostage by terrorists putting the lives of the children of government officials and foreign nationals in danger. Meanwhile, Lissy starts seeing a boy from her school that is the son of an enlistee. Kim tries to help her, but Lissy betrays her trust. When Tiffy finds out that Kim knew Lissy was inappropriate with the boy, their friendship is put in jeopardy.
Bob is approached by the CIA and is asked to kill a man and frame Jonas for it. Meanwhile, back at the base Mack is convinced that Tiffy is having an affair with her former employer.
Mack, Grey and Williams protect a Thai prince on American soil, but soon discover that the prince is trying to have his son killed, making their job more complicated.
As the team returns from a successful mission, they discover that a full investigation into their past is underway. The team must decide whether to stay and face the charges or disappear.
