Jonas and the team are assigned the task of unraveling an assassination plot involving high government officials at the same time as the women are being secretly relocated from the base for their own safety.
The team follows a scientist on a commercial flight who they believe will be the next target of terrorists in the hopes of linking the terrorists to the presidential assassination plot. The flight is hijacked and the team must take down the terrorists and land the flight. Meanwhile, the wives are relocated and given new identities back home.

Bob is held hostage by a drug cartel after he poses as a chemist who can turn cocaine into paint for easy smuggling. Meanwhile, Mack penetrates the group posing as a prize fighter in an illegal betting ring to help bring them down. Lissy gets into trouble at school and Molly has to help cover and smooth things over with the principal.
A nuclear scientist insists the team retrieve his family before he will reveal vital information about a terrorist attack in a major U.S. city. Back home, Molly, Kim and Tiffy are drafted into service to work undercover with Jonas.
The team produces fake evidence of an attack to con a terrorist into exposing his accomplices before the truth comes out and they can get away. At home, Mack wants Tiffy to reveal details about her relationship with Ryan.
When Jonas' daughter, Betsy is kidnapped in Iraq, the team's top priority becomes getting her back. Also, Mack considers his revenge toward Ryan for having an affair with Tiffy.
While Jonas and the team continue to try to rescue his daughter, Betsy Blane, from Syrian captors, Mack has the opportunity to carry out his revenge on Ryan for his affair with Tiffy.
