Episode 1. A Felony for Melanie (Air Date: 07/11/2004)

Zoe's investigation into the death of an old Vegas friend's ex-husband reveals a dark, hidden truth.

Episode 2. Dr. Sidney Loses a Kidney (Air Date: 07/18/2004)

Zoe and cohorts attempt to track down a thief who took her car from outside a hospital as well as a transplant kidney from inside the hospital.

Episode 3. Sniper Shot, Intern Hot (Air Date: 07/25/2004)

M puts Zoe and Dan on the case to find the man gunning for her ex-husband, a mayoral candidate.


Zoe's latest case is a personal one as she tracks down the person who stole her identity.


Zoe tries to stop a kidnapping and the victim turns out to be connected to Dan's ex. The two team up to get the man safely away from her kidnappers. Zoe worries about having an adult conversation with Cliff.

Episode 6. Wham-Bam, Thank You Dan (Air Date: 08/15/2004)

Zoe and Dan look into a jewel theft thinking that it might have been an inside job. Zoe and M start to think that Dan may have played for the other side on this case. Zoe gets into trouble with the principal for allowing her address to be used by a friend in gaining entrance to a school.

Episode 7. Slam Dunk Funk (Air Date: 08/22/2004)

Zoe and Dan are hired by a sports agent who wants to prove the innocence of her NBA client accused of murder.

Episode 8. Die, Die, Who Am I? (Air Date: 09/26/2004)

Zoe comes to find out that someone is trying to kill the amnesia sufferer whose case she adopts pro bono against M's wishes.

Episode 9. Premonition Mission (Air Date: 10/03/2004)

A psychic puts Zoe and Dan on the case of a dead medical researcher.

Episode 10. Bada Bing, Bada Busiek (Air Date: 10/10/2004)

Zoe tries to help the wife of a mob boss find her missing daughter.

Episode 11. Tick Tock, Writer's Block (Air Date: 10/17/2004)

A murder mystery writer believes that they can get away with murder and tries to cement their own innocence with the help of Zoe and Dan, but when they end up dead, the case takes a puzzling twist.

Episode 12. Blind in a Bind (Air Date: 10/24/2004)

Zoe and Dan take on the case of a very verbal, blind radio personality who has been assaulted.


Zoe and Dan begin an investigation when a Russian-speaking woman gives them a baby and then jumps off the bridge they stand on.


A murderer's mother holds Zoe, Dan and M and the rest of the company hostage seeking to clear her son's name. The woman confronts M saying that a member of the company sent her an e-mail asking for a huge sum of money in order to provide information clearing her son of the charges.


Zoe faces another year without her sister even as she and Dan pair up to track down stolen embryos.


Zoe's ex piano-playing flame from Las Vegas asks Zoe to investigate the rash of break-ins to his home. When another incident involving a ruthless lawyer, seen on video falling out of a window following a foolish demonstration, comes to light, Zoe learns the ex was present at approximately the same time and may have played a part in the incident.


Dan agrees to help track down a man accused of killing his wife. He is eventually led back to Zoe when it appears that her doctor is the murderer in question. Now, he and Zoe must try and prove that her doctor is innocent of the brutal crime.

Episode 18. Zoe's Phony Matrimony (Air Date: 07/16/2005)

Zoe, Dan, Lombardi and M set up an intricate plan to catch a rampant jewel thief. While undercover, however, Zoe and Dan are forced to get married in the face of imminent death.
