The Lord of the Rings star will shoot a scene with his partner Georgina Sutcliffe, who he wed in 2008, for World War II adventure film Age of Heroes – it will mark the first time they have worked together.
Sutcliffe will play the actor’s onscreen wife, and Bean admits he is delighted to be sharing the spotlight with his spouse.
He tells Britain’s Sunday Express newspaper, “I’m quite looking forward to it. I think we both are. I’ve never worked with her before so it should be interesting. We’ve got a scene in a car so we might pop into the car later and practise our lines.”
