Beyoncé celebrated her 35th birthday on Labor Day, and it was wild. This is how you turn 35! This is how you celebrate Labor Day!
Bey took some inspiration from Soul Train and boogied down with Jay Z, Blue Ivy and loads of celebrity guests. Solange, Chance the Rapper, Alicia Keys, Michelle Williams, Janelle Monae and former Destiny’s Child band mate Kelly Rowland were all in attendance.
The best part about the themed bash were the ’70s-inspired outfits. Rumor has it that Jay Z was in a full Jimmi Hendrix-inspired getup. Bey opted for a sexy pair of pants that were half sequined hot pant and half stylish, ’70s flair.

Bey looks like she’s having the time of her life. Unfortunately, the singer ended up losing her voice (we’re not saying it was the party, but c’mon, it had to be the party!). On Monday, she postponed her Wednesday concert in East Rutherford, NJ. The show’s been rescheduled for October 7th.
