Regardless of your opinion on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, it’s hard not to smile at this: Beyoncé posted a very sweet congratulations to the new parents on her website.
The singer and mother to Blue Ivy shared an adorable photo of the couple, writing, “Congratulations Kim & Kanye. Enjoy this beautiful moment together.” Beyoncé’s well wishes are very sweet, hardly a surprise seeing as she and Jay-Z are close friends with West (and West is perhaps the most fervent Beyoncé defender).
The baby girl was born on June 15, almost a month premature, but she is reportedly very healthy, as is Kardashian. An inside source reported that she has dark hair and looks just like her mother.
Beyoncé’s message is a nice distraction while we eagerly await the announcement of what’s sure to be another outrageous celebrity baby name. Could this be the precursor to a star-studded playdate? We sure hope so.
